This is the worst possible taco bell ever, there is a manager named Simiya who is the definition of terrible. I waited in line for 30 minutes and my order was completely wrong, when I go inside to talk to her she orginally was okay and said that she would remake my order all I wanted was 4 supreme tacos one crunchy regular taco and two soft regular tacos; sounds simple right? Well she gives me the new order and says keep the old and the new. Mind you the old order was cold because I didn't find out the food was wrong until I had gotten home. When I check the new food after throwing the other order away, the order was still wrong I got three crunchy regular tacos I told Her that all I wanted was two regular tacos instead of the crunchy she then argues with me and tries to tell me this is what I wanted. On the recepit it has my order correctly but for some reason she is like no I'm not going to remake it again I already made it once. Your a manager all I'm asking for it just to make my two crunchy tacos soft but instead she kept taunting me and talking to me like I was a child. I tell her never mind I just want my money back. She then tells me she can't give me a refund until she has all of the merchandise I told Her in was in the trash in the lobby, she says no she needs it in her hand. So I go through the trash and pull out the old food and give her the receipt she tells me that also needs the drinks. I pull one out of the trash because the sweet tea I asked for was old and I get the other out the car. Then she tells me that my sweet tea was suppose to 've large so she could not give me a refund and as I try to explain that this is what the employee in drive through gave me. She continues to try to fight me on the refund, so I ask the girl from drive thru if she remembered giving me this drink she says yes and eventually after being inside for twenty minutes just trying to get correct food or a refund I finally left. I am currently 7 months pregnant and I was not rude or irrate with her I was simply just trying to get my correct order. This is the worst...
Read moreNot too thrilled with the service and the quality of food. Lady at the window was not very friendly and a little assertive when asking what sauces we wanted. Then we get the food and 1 of the cheesy Gordita crunches had a teaspoon of meat all on 1 side instead of evened out and mostly lettuce with a sprinkle of cheese - really dry to eat because of it. Then the other one had more meat but hardly and lettuce or cheese so again, just mostly shell. My boyfriend got a fiesta bean burrito and it was 95% beans with a smidge of guacamole and rice on one side of the burrito. The shift at that time did not really care to be there and it seemed like we were just an inconvenience to them even though I was very friendly and smiling. I understand there's a labor shortage in some fast food places so there's not much staff to keep up with demand but we were the only ones in line at the time and we mobile ordered; didn't even order at the intercom. Not going here again. Go to the one on Swanson Drive down 316 2-3min away. Way friendlier and food...
Read moreThis location is terrible. I usually get drive through and every time when I get home, something I paid for is missing. Tonight there was $9 worth of food missing from a $30 order I guess I'll sit at the window from now on and check item by item.
The food that I did get was not very good. The crunchy tacos were so soggy that they fell apart and the meat fell out of them.
5/21/22 update Decided to give them another try.
Placed a mobile order and arrived at the restaurant around midnight. There was a long line of cars. When I got to the speaker and gave them my name, they told me they couldn’t make some of the items in my order because they were out of ingredients. They finally agreed to substitute some items of similar value. When I got to the window and asked for Diablo sauce, they only had mild.
It took almost an hour from when I got to the restaurant to get my food. My Gordita crunch was soggy. There’s a Del Taco just down the road. I’ll go there...
