I ordered breakfast on the app. On the drive-thru speaker, she said, "Pull up to the window." 1st window - empty. I go to the 2nd window. "We don't have oatmeal bars," she said. (My selection on my order)Ok, I'll take your potato wedges, I said. I pull into a parking spot. My bacon, egg, and no cheese biscuit has only an egg. I go back to the window and show the lady my order receipt from the app and asked for the bacon. She asks me 3 times, "You want bacon?" Not twice, but three times. I'm not sure if she was making a point or just confused. The potatoes and breakfast sandwich was good. The sausage in the biscuits and gravy tasted funny to me, like a frozen food taste. The gravy was good. There was only ONE other customer this entire time (more than 10 minutes) How do you mess up your only order that you have in 10 minutes? Chick fil A right next door was absolutely packed. I understand why. As a Columbus, Ohio native who has eaten at the original Wendy's and support this great organization that Dave Thomas has built, I am very disappointed. Mistakes happen, but the customer service was lacking. No apology, you ask me three times if I want the bacon that I paid for and didn't get, "pull up to the 2nd window" would have been nice, a fresh sandwich made correctly rather than just putting bacon on my already opened sandwich would have been more professional. Read moreWent through drive thru at 930 last night. One car in front of us and location empty. I sat at the speaker for eleven minutes while they kept telling me to hold. I asked what the problem was and she said "WE HAVE ORDERS SIR!" I said you have one car , an empty building... when we got to the window- at least 5 employees I counted doing nothing. One pulling her friend into dining room. One making himself a drink, one showing her pretty red hair to her friend...all at the counter while we sat watching through the window.... So we sat and watched them play around for another 5 to 10 minutes and the 2 at the drive they were changing the Sprite cartridge. It took 2 of them.. I continued to watch how much work NOBODY was doing in a vacant store while I was now at 18 minutes. What part of fast food do you guys not understand? Whoever was in charge last night showed no urgency at getting cars thru. Look at the DT times last night if there were any. I know I will never go back. It's a shame that such a well built beautiful new store can be torn apart by a bunch of employees who really dont care either way. Never an apology about how LONG it took ? Read moreWe walked in and ordered, and then sat down. The salt and pepper shakers were disgusting, and the floor was so sticky you could hear your shoe come unstuck every time you took a step. Our order finally came into the “ready” section so we walked up and then our name disappeared. We asked the worker calling orders why our name was gone and he just replied saying “I’ve got all the information right here.” He just ignored us for a few minutes and finally gave us our food. We took the food to the table and then took our cups to get drinks and one of the machines was broken with no sign on it, so we get in line for the other one. Once we finally get through the line to get drinks, we realize that 90% of the sodas are “unavailable.” So we get water and go back up to the register to get refunded for our sodas and the workers completely ignore us. Finally someone told a worker to see to our needs and he walks over to us and then walks away. After being ignored for about 10 more minutes we walked out with no refund for our drinks. Absolutely...
