I placed an order online for pickup. I get there and the delivery truck was blocking the drive through. No problem, I go inside. I stand at the front counter for about 4 minutes and not a single person acknowledges me. About five people made eye contact with me and then right back to what they were doing. No Hey, or give us a second. Just silence. Finally someone comes up to talk to me. This man might have been the most high person I have ever met. I told him I had a pick up for Stephen. So he continues to ask me my name two more times and asks me my phone number 3 times. Finally, he asks me what would I like to order. I tell him I’m there for pickup. Which leads him to ask my name and phone number several more times. Each time typing my number incorrectly into the computer. Then he asks me if maybe I’m at the wrong dominos. I look on my phone to double check. Nope, I’m at the correct restaurant. He finally manages to figure something out and find my food on the shelf. It was one of only two orders on the shelf. He struggles as he asks me my name several more times to make sure he grabbed the correct box of pizza. I finally get the pizza and pay for it, although he keeps grabbing it back from me to continue verifying my name for some reason. Finally, since I’m living in a hotel room, I ask if they have any plates and apparently they don’t. It was the only thing he was sure about during the whole interaction. Terrible customer service. Dominos probably doesn’t need to do drugs tests, but at least don’t let your employees come...
Read moreDid the 7.99 pepperoni pizza. Came out exactly as it should have. The only thing I was not thrilled with is the store won't honor the deal inside, I had to go and order it on the app in order to get the pricing.
Aside from that, one of those moments where the pizza was as pictured and was fast.
Only issue I have with businesses like those though, a large nowadays is not a large years back. Over time they've been shrinking the actual sizes of the pizzas and still charging more. This 7.99 deal was a relief from that, but these are rare momwnts.

Sat at the pick up window for half an hour where 4 different people walked up and asked how they can help me. Only the fourth person actually got my pizza. Everyone else kept saying it was maybe 10 minutes out every 10 minutes. altogether from start to finish I waited about 40 minutes for 2 pizzas that looked like they'd been sitting in a heater for a while.
Pizza showed done in the app after 15 minutes from when I ordered it. So it probably sat around for 25 minutes.

The first Order I made a few weeks ago was burned pizza (I gave them the benefit of the doubt). My next order I did not learn delivery time was two hours. I did not find this out until I called up the shop to find out what was going on, and the lady mentioned the wait was at least 2 hours. Needless to say, I canceled the order.
There needs to be a system for user who orders online to be able to tell if wait times are going to be over at least an hour. This should involve the store being able to report their delivery times; would I have known the wait time was 2 hours I would not have ordered at all. The Lady was nice which saved this from being a 1 star review (this also would have saved her from having to talk to another irritated customer).
