Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lawton

Highly recommend not using this location. There's another little Caesars in Lawton. Use that one. I haven't had little Caesars for a while and decided to this evening. Look at the picture to see how my pizza was cut. Beyond that, it looks like the pizza was thrown around a bit as the inside top flap of the box had sauce on it. The bottom of the pizza is a little soggy around the edges. To top that off, the pizza is cold. The sauce under the cheese isn't even a little bit warm. This is the same reason I decided to use the other location in Lawton after my first experience with this one. Unfortunately, I forgot how bad that first experience with this one was. The first time I tried this place, it was obvious my pizza was not prepared for my order, it was definitely prepared far in advance. It couldn't possibly get that cold between the oven and my arrival when I'm always arriving early to pick it up. And it takes me 10 minutes to get there. This place is kitchen nightmares level lazy. They seem to prepare pizzas far in advance and then just place them in the box when they're ordered. They probably have a whole bunch of left over pizzas at the end of the night that they take home as well. I've worked in food service before and this is exactly like what I've seen before. Choose the other location of you can. This one needs to be shut down. Gotta admit though, I'm glad they have a two year old cutting pizzas for them. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Let’s start with “Hot N’ Ready”. My wife waited almost a hour for this mediocre excuse for pizza. Not to mention we ordered crazy sticks and did not receive a single one. This pizza is literally all tomato sauce and what makes this even better is it’s half pizza have CHEESY Breadsticks! Like what the hell?? The “CHEESY” breadsticks taste like some overcooked crunchy crust which I’m sure everyone who orders pizza loves 😒. I will never be coming back to this Little Caesars and honestly may never go back to one ever again. I’ve had some pretty good Pizzas from OTHER Little Casers but this location has left such a bad taste in my mouth literally and figuratively that I can honestly say I will GLADLY drive 20 minutes across town just to have someone else prepare my food. We decided to go inside and order due to the drive thru line nearly wrapping around the building we knew we would probably have to wait about 15 or 20 minutes no biggie!! Well 40 minutes later we approach the counter, after watching 4 people that came in and literally ordered after us, leave with their pizza! I ask to speak with the manager and the girl up front went to get him and this very immature and reeking of poor management male followed the girl back up front and without hearing anything we had to say well do you want a refund so you don’t have to wait any longer?
