Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Lawton

What a disappointment. Went through the drive thru and ordered two fish combos. Order taker changed three times from male to female to male. They couldn't repeat back the order correctly. After telling them 3 times they finally understood. Business was light with only two cars in front, we waited 30 plus minutes before getting to the window. After paying for the order we waited an additional 5 minutes to get our order which was setting at the window with our drinks. The female employee finally handed out the order without the drinks and I had to let her know that the combos we had came with drinks. She looked puzzled. She finally handed the drinks to us.

I asked why it took so long to give us our order and all she could do is look like deer staring into headlights.

Once home we opened the boxes and the food was overcooked and had a bad taste.

This will be the last time we go to Long John Silver. We'll opt for chicken express which is a bit better or Bill's fish house in waurika, ok which is awesome. It's definitely...

Used my short lunch and waited forever in line to try this location. Food was good but the lady at the window was gate keeping the Tarter Sauce. When she handed me the sack I politely asked for lots of tarter sauce to which she rudely responded everything is in the bag. I checked and had 2 sauces so I waited at the window to ask for sauce again to which she rudely repeats sauce is in the bag while someone in the back screams it as well so I responded yes, there’s two which is why I asked for more. If it’s that big of a deal charge extra for sauce but don’t make it difficult. When I’m paying $15 for one meal as it is. Again the food was great but the service could be improved!!! Edit to add the guy who took my order was extremely polite though!

Went back again for my last day in Lawton and paid for extra hushpuppies and didn’t get any hushpuppies not what comes with the meal nor the extras. I got tarter sauce though. No cocktail or...

what a nasty place! i went in and sadly didnt look around very good. it was aboit 4pm on a Sunday and myself and an older man were in the store. i orderd and was given my food without a tray. no big deal other than the food almost went falling on the counter. the clerk told me he would get me a spoon. i was kind of thrown off but figured i would get a fork at the condiment bar. clerk brings me a plastic spoon not in plastic bag and just hands it to me. i am like ok go to condiment bar for fork and now realise they have no forks. i go to sit down and place has trash all over the floor and tables. while i am eating i hear the crew behind the wall having a rip roarin' time just laughing and having fun. not one came out to check the dinning room. floor was very greasy and slippery. only plus was the food was hot and good but if the dinning room was that nasty what does the back counter look like!! do not think i will be back it was just a...
