Ameli hunter, you shouldn't be making up lies about the situation not being taken care of, It was handled the way we were trained, Its not our fault that you 3 decided to come into our establishment and air out your dirty laundry. My bartender did call security, but it is not my bartender responsibility to get involved with whatever was going on between you three. Myself and my bartender followed our policy when it comes to incidents that you 3 did. He also told you 3 to leave and you 3 wouldn’t,. You 3 have been 86’d not just from the bar but also the hotel as well. Also remember we have security cameras, that caught the entire incident, also it recorded when you and that guy came in to make a complaint. I was informed by police that they were taking care of it. Once that was said and done we can not comment about it to you, you would need to ask the cop who was assigned to your case for that. You wanted an apology?! For what?! We did our part but once the police get involved you can’t come into our work establishment thinking we owe you an an apology for something you 3 did and was asking for information that the cop was going to give you, once his investigation was over I wasn’t going to apologize for you 3 embarrassing yourselves, it’s obvious you like that kind of trashy drama. Please get the facts straight. If anybody deserves an apology it should be the bartender that you falsely accused of doing “nothing” The next time you decided you want to make false allegations about me the bar manager and my bartender. I was at the bar on the night of Friday. There was a black kid sitting at the door and the bartender was very rude, unprofessional, and dressed very poorly. At one point both the door guy and the bartender let a lady into the bar with her baby, and then a young, underaged boy. I felt very uncomfortable that first, it was allowed to happen, but second that the bartender shouted at them, instead of calmly and politely asking them to leave. Again, she handled everything very unprofessionally. She was very uncoordinated and at one point, while waiting to order, she broke a glass right over where she was getting ice. Me, and the people who were already waiting, had to then wait for her to melt her ice and for the door guy to go get more. And he took his sweet time getting back too. It took over half an hour for me to be able to get another drink. I get that she was trying to be safe, but the way she was so uncoordinated should be a red flag to her managers because she literally just broke it out of nowhere. I don’t usually post reviews but I when I saw that review below, I had to speak up because I did not experience the same. My girlfriends and I were traveling to vegas and made a pit stop at the hotel and discovered the hidden gem in the hotel after an exhausting drive. It was busy but thought we could still have a relaxing night since we had to drive the next day. I’m picky with drinks and usually ask the bartenders if they have any ideas. The bartender was really sweet and said she got me. The bartender brought me a green drink and I was nervous at first but it was so good! I think it had Malibu rum in it which I love! Even though it was busy and there was an accident right after I got the drink. A glass broke(which happens) she made took care of it within 10 mins and still made sure we were doing ok.
