I WANT MY LIMES BACK. Been coming here for 20 years and then NEW owners don’t seem to understand the brand of RELIABILITY. Several weeks with no limes because they’re “to expensive” said the owner to me. Saying they will hopefully have them back when they are cheaper. It’s not COVID anymore there’s no excuse for not having them. Limes is the designated choice in this cuisine that they are choosing not to follow through on. Extremely frustrating! Since I always get extra limes. The regular waitress that has been there the for many years, the entire I’ve been coming and is amazing EVERY SINGLE time!! BUT when the owner and some teenagers can’t even keep my water filled is ridiculous and charge you for every little thing on top of the RAISED PRICES already. Then I can’t even get limes cause it’s an inconvenience for them. Going down hill from the new owners….

Well I found it. THE worst Vietnamese restaurant in the country. I ordered a rice plate, and the disappointment was beyond real. I presume the charbroiled bits of pork were from last week, or the weekend. In many ways, it was like eating beef jerky with rice. For $10, it was not worth it. I would've had a much better meal from a Panda Express up the road. The owners should be ashamed they're serving this garbage. If you're staying at the nearby hotels next to this restaurant, avoid it and seek the other Vietnamese restaurants in the area. I'm sure those other restaurants care about their food and the quality. I'll go ahead and do that and warn my visiting colleagues to avoid this place. I'd give this place no stars if I could.

A business trip took me into the area and I was seeking authentic Asian cuisine...and found it! This food is amazing, delicious and, best of all, homemade. The Pho I ordered was fresh and a perfect balance of flavors and spices. The owner explained to me that every morning he makes the stock from scratch. I also had the summer roll which was as good as I have ever had. The food was clean and well presented. The portion size left me very satisfied. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking authentic Vietnamese food. Update: came back 3 years later, just as delicious!

I recently went with my best friend to our favorite pho place. We are regulars to this restaurant and this experience has made it to were we don’t want to return. A month ago we went and ordered our usual, I added my favorite ingredients and started eating. I took a bite of the meat and it had a weird taste as if it was spoiled meat. I told my friend about it but Figured I’m being crazy about the taste because hers does not taste like that (we order completely different) took a few more bites and I just couldn’t finish it because of the weird taste. On July 1st we went in for lunch we ordered our usual. When we got our pho I started adding the ingredients to it stirred a little. I went in for a bite and immediately came to a strong smell of the meat as if it was spoiled once again. I couldn’t take a bite. I told me friend and I had her smell it and she agreed the smell was horrible. I called the waitress over to tell her about it. She insisted it was the mixture of meats that made that smell and she could get me steak instead. I told her that’s impossible because I always come in and order the exact p8 and it has never had a smell like that to the meat. I very kindly let her know I was not going to eat that. She once again told me she can change it out for me because it has to do with the mixture of the meats. I again explained that I order p8 all the time and never had a problem. I grabbed my purse and I explained to her that I was not sure if I would be returning. Right before leaving she said to both my friend and I, yes I understand I have mentioned this to them before but they don’t listen and serve it. That’s just something you don't want to hear. I also work And manage a restaurant and my priority is to make sure food is being rotated and cooked to temperature. I won’t be returning for a while hopefully...

I've visited this place about three times now. I was in the area for a MESA and a HOSA competition during high school. My friends and I would walk over to Kim Long during our break time. The exterior is very plain (make sure you don't trip on the little step near the door). The interior looks like any other Asian restaurant.

The most recent visit I've had was with my boyfriend. In the past, I've only ordered the boba at Kim Long. They have the best tasting boba. Their boba is so delicious and sweet. They always gave me lots of boba balls and the boba balls were always soft. Their pho is a different story though. The fact that this place is a Vietnamese restaurant is quite surprising... My boyfriend is Vietnamese and we both ordered the same pho. I ate my pho perfectly fine, but he was so disgusted by how watered down and flavorless it tasted, he couldn't even finish his food. I could see what he was talking about, but I could finish my food fine. By the end of our meal, my boyfriend's pho was highly discolored by all the sauce he used to add some flavor in his pho and mine was the original clear color of soup.

In conclusion, I would come to Kim Long for their boba, but not for their pho, especially if you're used to authentic Vietnamese pho. Their service is fast, but every time I've been there, there haven't been lots of people to occupy the waiters. Their pho is a 1/5 stars, but their boba is a 4.5/5...

It was so understaffed that our bobas were forgotten, but we got our water that tastes weird. Then get laughed on because she forgot to give us our check after the 3rd time she passes us and went straight to the group they have. When we came in the tables haven't been cleaned off. Except there was maybe two tables that I saw me and my sister could take. She forgot us and the 1 guy eating by himself, and always hauling for the group of maybe 8 seaters. She then brought our receipt with the 2 bobas she forgot plus she posted a gratuity 15% charge without asking if we wanted to leave cash or on card. Her excuse was that she miss entered and that it was automatic, this was the same issue I had a while back. Plus they had another lady but she didn't want to move she had to be told. SAD. The food has always been good but Now the services was lacking we won't come back! We were in there for almost 2 hrs. We ordered 2 egg rolls, a plate dish, 2 P1, and 2 bobas. It does not take one 2 hours to eat that (maybe 1hr the least), we didn't finish the rest of our food because no water refills, no actual check-in time, and forgotten boba drinks. WE WERE FORGOTTEN AND...
