Not sure what is going on. Never had this issue with this place before. Before atmosphere was wonderful, and they actually took time to make sure everything was there before we left. Even told us that's everything. I always come here with a large order, because me and a group of friends/family enjoy Wendy's, and this is literally across the street from my house. Just as of late, for about month now. Always seeming to miss something. Even sauces. Normally I wouldn't care, but sometimes Wendy's sauces taste so much better than the ranch or bbq sauce etc. I have at home sometimes. They don't even have the decency to let me know that's all the bags too. Did not get sour cream for the sour cream and chive potato. Not cheese or onions in chili. Sometimes missing a sandwich or getting the wrong sandwich. No spoons for Frosty's. No fork for potato. Can't seem to get sizes right either. Came home with a lot large sizes with chili when only order the small. Probably should consider on size if you can't get the sizes right. Especially when the small isn't much smaller than the large. This last trip, the person taking my order did not seem happy about being there. Seemed more annoyed with the couple of questions I had. I was losing my voice due to an infection. So yes I was going to a bit slow with speaking, but wasn't that slow either. I'm starting to ponder going to a different Wendy's or just somewhere else in general. We're getting tried of we been treated lately. What food we get seems to still taste good. Just always missing items, missing minor details. Take time to take care of customers. It's customers fault for getting angry, because of them bein impatient during when you're busy not yours. Getting food takes time, and they know that. It's their fault for not planning or calculating it'll be busy and whatnot. I'd rather have things right, and worth it than being rushed out with...
Read moreWhen I tapped two stars. Instantly I could hear my past. "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all." I can do that. We stopped here to purchase a cup of chili for an elderly lady who was refusing to eat. She was ill and sad and my husband reminded me that she always liked Wendy's chili. It was worth a shot. While there we decided to get a bit for ourselves. A simple Junior Bacon Cheese Burger and fries to share. Glad to say the chili was well liked! I think I need to acljust the stars. We came to Wendy's for her, not for us. She really liked her chili, which meant she had finally eaten which was awesome. It was five star awesome to see her smile, to see her take a few bites. Unfortunately my husband didn't like his food and I liked mine even less. First glance I thought I had a lettuce sandwich. After removing the top layer of bun and several layers of lettuce, there it was, the tiny grayish Junior burger I ordered. First of all I didn't realize burgers were suppose to be gray. They're not. It definitely should have been closer to warm than cool. Especially since it was ordered as extra, extra well done. I believe that should have taken care of the gray coloring as well but it didn't. It is called fast food for a reason. Over the years I do have to admit I have developed a distaste for fast food. I have found it more enjoyable to purchase something I like, that is useful for about the same amount of money. This visit happened before the public was aware of C-19. Recieving a gray burger and C-19, I believe that visit at Wendy's was my last fast food stop I will make. So why the five stars? Because it made an...
