Bath & Body Works — Local services in Layton

I have been a BBW customer for a very long time. I have never had an issue with any store I’ve ever shopped at, until today. I placed an order, it charged my card (yes, a temporary hold/charge). It wasn’t a huge order just some soaps and wallflowers. I get the email that they (The Layton Hills mall) received my order. Unbeknownst to me, they are currently under construction and had maintenance people working there doing I don’t know what… I explained that I placed an order and the Korean maintenance lady working there not only refused to listen to me but other than calling me a liar, told me “there is no way that you placed an order” “but I have a charge and I have an order number” she wouldn’t even look at my phone… no apologies nothing. Then another maintenance worker there also kept talking over me and refused to listen. I stayed calm for as long as I could. They eventually told me that I would need to go to another store and place another order or that store “may” be able to pull up my order and fill it there. Needless to say… you lost a customer today. I will not ever spend another dime there. You’re lucky that I want my house to smell nice for my son’s Halloween party tomorrow or else I would’ve requested a refund. Just want to give a shout out to Annee. She went above and beyond today. My daughter wanted a crab sanitizer holder so bad and they were out of them. Annee called several stores trying to find one, but no luck. She was very apologetic and sincerely felt bad that she couldn't find one... she even tried to help my daughter pick something else out. She took down my name and number and said she would call me if they got any in stock. We walked out of the store and I received a call within minutes that they just had a delivery and had one in stock! My daughter was so excited and it made her whole day. Annee was even very patient with my girls and let them count out all their change to pay for their stuff. It was such a little thing that made such a big difference in my daughters day.
