Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in League City

This is the absolute worst Nothing Bundt Cakes location. Every employee here is completely clueless. The employees do not know their own products, prices, or availability.

I have placed countless orders for pickup at this location and every single order has been incorrect. In order to mitigate any confusion over the phone, I have come in person to place orders and the order is still put together incorrectly, or magically not available upon pickup.

I typically place orders for several dozen “Bundtlets” and somehow always end up with “Bundtinis” upon order pickup, even after clearly explaining to the employee what I would like to purchase. I have even physically pointed to a “bundtlet” in person and explained that is what I would like to order. Upon pickup, my order would be “bundtinis…”

What irritates me the most is that I am flexible and would be happy to change flavors if given a heads up. However, when I arrive to pick up my order and I am informed they are out of whatever I ordered, the order was not put together correctly, or they have no boxes to put the order in, now I am standing around for 30 minutes waiting for them to remake the order, or find boxes.

This location is also more expensive than others and offers no rewards programs like other locations. This being said, the cakes taste delicious and are made perfectly every time. Just be sure you are getting what your ordered and are being...

My wife placed a pickup order at this store for our daughter's birthday. I arrived about 10 minutes after our order was scheduled to be ready and the cashier looked at me with a "deer in the headlights" look when I requested the order, After going in the back and then coming back out, she told me my order would be right out. She then removed one of the display cakes from the case and took it to the back. I then waited an additional 20-25 minutes while they put my order together (and was almost late for my daughter's party). Clearly, the management has an issue with customer service, time management and attention to detail. We will never patronize this location again and will go back to using the one just a little farther...

I usually stop here pretty often and so yesterday, I wanted to get a lemon blueberry cake, but when I arrived the girl at the counter told me that they were baking/cooling off. I let her know that it was fine and that I could come back after visiting another shop in the area, but when I asked when would be a good time to come back, she simply gave me a “I don’t know” and just kept giving me that answer.

I’m no cake expert, but I would assume you can give a rough estimate to someone about when your product would be ready. She could’ve given me a time quote of an hour and it would’ve been fine, but just a “idk”?
