I went in & asked for the “little bacon cheeseburger” with EVERYTHING on it with NO mayo, mustard or ketchup. DRY. and she corrected me without going over my order with me & made my burger plain with cheese & bacon.
So I went back up there and told her they didn’t make my burger right & she said she had to remake my burger they couldn’t take my burger back. so mean while i'm waiting up front and the cook asks me what specifically I wanted in the burger & the lady up front who took my order kept budding in our conversation saying “she never said that, you said you wanted nothing on it”.. the cook ignores her out of our conversation & notices she’s interrupting me & she asks “so is mushrooms okay” and the lady again says “yeah put everything on there she wants everything” when i never mentioned anything about mushrooms😂. So once again she messed up my burger, So I didn’t get to eat.
After, The man/ manager IDK comes in and the lady who took my order is talking about me right in front of my face saying i’m complaining that my order is wrong after I said I wanted it dry that i'm not being specific.., whats so hard about understanding what dry and plain mean .. if she didn't get it, COOL. but I explained that I wanted all VEGETABLES just dry with no mustard, mayo, or ketchup..
she then hands me my remake and apologizes like if I didn’t just hear her talking about me In front of my face AS WELL AS THE tall Black/African American guy.

We made this order in the Lowes parking lot BEHIND the store for an ASAP pick-up. This is not as if we were late to pick-up. When your staff can't be bothered to open a door and see why someone is knocking and trying to tell you it was an order that is WRONG. Also refusing to pick up the phone ringing is WRONG. Also taking payment and not providing what was ordered and paid for is WRONG. There is ZERO way to cancel this order or get a refund and when your staff can't walk 20 feet to the door to talk to someone or be bothered with picking up the phone that is ringing is shameful. The issue is when we ordered no asked is this your first time visiting and charged like if they are going out of business!!!!
