Smoothie King — Restaurant in League City

employees are friendly, but they are giggling the whole time and clearly paying much more attention to each other than you or the quality of your order. my smoothie took a while when there was no line and came out chunky and super short. I actually used to work at this smoothie king so I know sometimes you follow the recipe and it still comes out a bit short. This wasn’t a bit short. This is like I didn’t get my moneys worth. The picture attached is how I was handed the drink. I didn’t take any sips or anything. It was also super chunky and icy. I worked for smoothie king for a while and now work at Starbucks and I would never hand out something looking like this. You either add some stuff and try to fix or just make again. I would’ve said something about it at the time but I was on my way to work and the kid at the window didn’t even like look me in the eye so I didn’t feel I would get any help anyway. idk. maybe just remind your employees that at a certain point you gotta remake the drink you can’t just hand it out at...

I have quite a bit of trouble with this location. I go to smoothie king for health reasons and since most of your smoothie king items are at least better than fast food, most are certainly not great for you. I request a specific order when ordering from smoothie king and this location just argues. Either that or they get overwhelmed and confused never have to do more on the register than just push one button. Training is awful at this store to begin with and the attitudes of most of their employees are just annoying. If my smoothie says I get two fruit choices, and I only want one fruit, then I only want one fruit. I've asked over and over that I only want the one serving size of fruit. I make it clear I don't want double of the same fruit, just one serving of fruit. I literally got told, "um how do I do that?" Try just putting one serving of the banana and not two servings of bananas. Is this really that hard? Then get crappy with me that I'm getting too complicated? So frustrating. Any other...

I get the peanut butter blast with blueberrys well let me tell u they always have to make it twice because it never has any taste to it ! And when I tell them that they are like what do u mean?!
