We ordered a cake for our daughter’s 2nd birthday. It was fresh and overall taste was great but the design was terrible. I asked for a Minnie Mouse cake and this cake did not look like Minnie Mouse. When you request a design beware that they may not be able to execute the design. If they aren’t able to do these designs like requested, that’s fine but they need to voice that so the cake doesn’t look terrible. After bringing the cake home my husband called to complain, they offered a full refund if we brought it back but we needed a cake for the birthday party so we opted not to. I hope in the future they communicate with their customers if they’re unable to do a specific design that was requested. Very disappointed; was able to place an order using Grub Hub to deliver to my home bound sister-in-law and her kids. First was told order would be delayed, then Grub Hub called to say the order could not be completed because the store didn’t have the small cookie cakes, but I could order a 16”. When I ordered a second time the message said it was an hour wait and that was fine, so I submitted the order. Grub Hub called and said the order would be delayed, which I was ok with and 30 minutes later Grub Hub called again to say the store had cancelled the order and were not accepting Grub Hub orders. I understand being busy, but to wait an hour to cancel an order the store said they could fulfill an hour earlier is not acceptable. I wasted 1.5 hours on trying to...

Terrible place to order a cookie cake, avoid at all costs. My wife ordered a cake for our engagement party a week in advance. She called the day before to make sure they would have the order ready in the morning but they had no record of the order. She then went there and made sure they had the order. I got there right when they opened the day of the party and they couldn't find the order again. It took around 15 minutes for them to make a cake that looked like a child made it. It was supposed to be a ring but you be the judge from the picture. $75 is the biggest rip off...
