Jack in the Box — Restaurant in League City

First of all if I could rate NO STARS I would!!!! This Jack in the Box on 646 and hwy 45 is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. To start off she didn’t even greet me “Welcome to Jack in The box how can I help you”? The employees that work here have the worst attitude and customer service. Extremely rude when taking my order and didn’t even let me finish my order. Also, she she stats on the speaker in Spanish that I was rushing her and I’m not even ready to order! Meaningful to say I was not just ordering for myself I was ordering for my family.I can’t believe this place hires employees with very poor customer service or to even represent the business. Then after I finish my order I drive up to the front and get a completely different worker that’s a man not a woman “the one that was being rude to me”. I asked that gentleman where was the lady that was taking my order because she was very rude. He stated that she was in the back and I asked him if I could speak to the Manager and he stated that there was none! And continue to close the window several times. So I waited because I wanted to get the number for complaints so I drove to the front and the front entrance door was locked at 1230pm in the afternoon when it should be open. I would understand if the business was busy but there was no one in the line nor the parking. Spoke to the manager on the phone and filed a complaint but I truly doubt that will happen since this is not the first that it has happen not just to me but to people I know. I will never recommend this place nor will they receive my services here and I will definitely put this out in public so others are aware of the place this...

I HATE THIS JACK IN THE BOX SO MUCH!! The Manager with the black hair is such a nut!!! I have been here twice and each time I have received horrible service. Today, I went there again after more than a year of not coming and STILL RECEIVED HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I ordered a #7, #12 and The kids 5 piece nugget meal. At the drive thru window we ordered an extra #7. Well they gave me 1 #7, 1 #12 and our kids meal and told me to have a good day. No drinks and not my other meal I added. The Manager then asked me what were the drinkIs again and said 2 grape powerades, a coke and a kids apple juice. He came back with 2 grape powerades, a Dr Pepper and a Root Beer. I had to tell him 3 times that my drinks were wrong and I was still needing my fourth meal that I ordered. Each time the Manager acted like he couldn't hear or understand me. I finally got my drinks corrected and he handed me a bag saying that this is my missing meal. I had pulled off and away from the drive-thru window and checked inside the bag he gaves me and it only had a burger in it and I ordered the combo. So my husband went inside to get the fries that they forget and all the Manager could say was Im sorry about that and have a good rest of your night 😒 Yeah We probably would have had a good night if he didnt mess up our order multiple times and then acted like he couldnt hear us. Went to the drive-thru tried to order a loaded breakfast sandwich not a combo, and she rang up a Breakfast Jack. Try to order a bacon egg and cheese biscuit not a combo, and was asked what we wanted to drink I repeated no combo, after trying to get it right through the drive-thru I said forget it and I went inside. That was my third mistake first mistake was going to Jack In The Box, second mistake was trying to speak to somebody whose first language was not English apparently. Went inside told the kid at the register I wanted a bacon egg and cheese biscuit not the combo just the biscuit. He said so you just want the biscuit? I replied yes with bacon egg and cheese. He responded, ohhhhhh. Ok. And what drink do you want with that? To which I replied I do not want a combo just the biscuit with eggs and bacon and cheese. I sincerely wish I would have had my phone to record all of the interactions I had at this location I do not recommend this location I don't know what the heck was going on but it took me 15 minutes to get my order after I went inside and ordered...
