Went through the drive thru to pickup up an online order. Made it halfway home to realize that the order was missing my son’s fruit cup. I came back through the drive thru to pick it up. The drive thru employee handed me the fruit cup, no hello, no apology for the inconvenience…then when I asked for a fork, she proceeded to hand me a fork unwrapped. At this point, I asked if I can get a wrapped fork. I don’t want an unwrapped fork from someone who is handling everything at the window. She gave me this blank stare like i said something foreign, turned her head with an eye roll, grabbed the wrapped fork and handed it over…still with attitude like I made it such an inconvenience for her to grab a wrapped fork. Still no apology for the inconvenience…no thank you..nothing…rude. At this point I decided to come inside to explain the inconvenience of items missing from my order and the rudeness of the woman at the window to the manager Jennifer. Her only words…I’m sorry about that. I will talk to her. Lol. What a joke. I can do without visiting this location again. I wasn’t even upset about their mess up, and me having to turn around, but when you top that with attitude like I did something wrong and still not acknowledge your fault for me to have to return for a $3.39 fruit cup bothers me. Horrible...
Read moreLet's start at the beginning. Three times at the cash register where we were ordering the cashier called my husband ma'am. First time I thought it was just an accident, apparently not. I got my salad and sandwich combination but they forgot to put anything on my bread so it was a dry sandwich. They brought me one small container of ranch dressing and when I asked the lady for another one she smiled and walked away. She obviously didn't understand English because she never came back. Previously at another Jason's deli in Houston I was able to pick out the salad items that I wanted. At the one in league City it was made for me without my input. There were things on it that I really don't like and other things that I would have liked to have. I had to look for the sugar and finally had to ask someone behind the counter for it. It was hidden. Also at the register my husband asked about a senior or veteran's discount. The young man scratched his head and said I don't know anything about that but he never went to ask a manager either. Since the pandemic the prices have gone up, the quality is still there but you get less. And even at the door as you're leaving you used to get a toothpick and a candy mint. That's all gone too. What a...
Read moreI had been talking about finding a muffaletta. I hadn't eaten at a Jason's Iinsometime. Had a Dr.'s appointment next door so we stopped to have lunch. The food was pretty good but I remembered huge portions of delicious food. My muffeletta had so little turkey on it that I opened the sandwich and it was just a sad little bit of Turkey compared to their photos. The tapenade appeared to be all black olives, it was just such a disappointment after lusting over this sandwich as long as I have. I put half of my husband's sandwich in the box with my left overs and accidentally got what ever the heck is on the hot and spicy. I love spices but not to a point of pain. I guess thats one high point if you like that kind of heat 🥵!! Now to the biggest disappointment of all the bill. Two sandwiches one with a tiny cup of soup and chips. Oh and I didn't get my pickle spear. I grabbed a few pickle slices off the salad bar, and two drinks for almost 30.00 dollars...at a deli with a sandwich with almost no meat and no alcohol!! We can each order lunch and each have a margarita pay tip and tax for the exact same amount. So...
