I've been there a hand full of times, this last time i went through the drive thru, i ordered, plane fries, in the bag it only had 6 fries, i called and spoke with the manager, he said he will replace them, and then said he was not going to replace them, hmmmm that's weird, so then i ordered the loaded fajita fries, and when i went to open them they were carne asada, i then called back and told the GM that my order was wrong, I've ordered the Fajita fries before so i know the difference between the carne and fajita, he told me he would replace it, then 60 sec later called my phone back to tell me that he spoke with the cook that made them, made them right and he cannot replace my order now, he didn't even let me explain, he argued with me nd hung up the phone as i was talking, mind you i was still in the parking lot, so i went inside the store and spoke with the GM Alan! i asked him for his name i asked him if he can write it down because he was not wearing a name tag, he said I'm not writing nothing down for you, he was yelling at me IN front of other costumers in the store he was yelling loud in my face while other people are looking at him, he said I'm doing everything your asking me to do, and he did nothing he hung up on me, he was yelling at me in the store, he said he was going to replace my order twice, and then changed his mind and said now he was not gonna replace my order, ain't it that the costumer is always right, why argue with a paying customer!? he just told me to leave and call cooperate and that he will call cooperate on me, but why and for what, I did nothing, so he was a horrible GM never will i spend my money there again and i will be calling cooperate...
Read moreI'm a sucker for their flautas so I can honestly (and unfortunately) say this bad review is a long time coming. My family and I like(d) to get take out from here once every couple of months. Also note that all of my experiences were with the drive thru, I've never gone inside to eat. When this location first opened up it was great. The food was always fresh and our orders were always correct. The wait time was always a bit longer than other fast food places but we didn't mind because we knew it was as a result of them preparing the food About a year later things began going downhill with things occasionally being wrong with our orders. The last few times, however, have been absolute crap. They're ringing our orders up correctly but, not once, has our entire order made it into our hands at one time. This evening I even specifically asked the man at the window if he had given me everything and he had assured me he had. Well, it's become custom to check the bags before leaving this place, and I'm always glad I do because, as usual, my order wasn't completely fulfilled. A mere glance into the bags was all it took. Apparently they had charged me but hadn't even prepared it because I had to sit another 10 minutes waiting on it. And to top it off, when I got home and we opened our boxes, some of the meals weren't even what we had ordered. I'm fine with fast food places having an occasional slip up on an order. That's honestly not the issue here. It's the fact that this place CONTINUOUSLY. SLIPS. UP. Food is always missing. Orders are always incorrectly prepared. Flautas be damned! We will no longer be patrons to this...
Read moreOn the Menu I saw if you order two sausage and egg tacos you get a better price than if you order individually. So I ordered two sausage and egg tacos. When I heard the price I did notice it was higher than I thought it would be. When I got the receipt I saw I didn't get the deal. I asked why and the cashier said I didn't specifically ask for the deal. That it was on a different page on her computer so I need to be specific. The manager agreed with her and said that is how they were trained. I challenged that they are customer service for taco cabana and should offer deals if I ask for them or not. Why would Taco Cabana have deals if they didn't want to allow their customers to take advantage of them. She continued to argue that if you don't ask for them you don't get it. That indicated to me that she purposely knew she was charging me more and did not even care. What a poor and destructive way to treat a customer. I argued it was the taco cabana service to make customers aware of deals and make sure they get them. The cashier and manager disagreed, and said it was on the customer to ask for the deal. Mark my word. I will never go to Taco Cabana again. Ignorance and purposely cheating customers is a...
