Waffle House — Restaurant in League City

So very awful. My husband and I love Waffle House on Sundays. But now we have had four really bad experiences with really nasty waitresses. The lady waitress came to the table to take our orders the drinks that we ordered was, one orange juice two coffees and two waters plus the regular meals that we always get . So she brought us one water and one orange juice .(my husband is a type 1 diabetic and was experiencing very low blood sugar so he drank the juice within a couple of minutes) There was a party of five sitting behind us and she sat down with them for nearly 10 minutes. When she got up from their table, my husband got her attention and asked her, can we please get our coffee and another water now, then the food Runner brought our meals out and was about to put the dishes on our table (I still didnt have anything to drink) it was not our order so before he was able to put them down, we told him that that was not our order, the lady waitress put two cups of coffee on the table and they went back and forth with each other her being nasty telling him that she put the order in right, with him being very nice and polite he took the food back and she seemed really angry at him. So she put the coffees down and my husband said to her, we also need one more water please as she was walking away, she turned around with a nasty look on her face and said " I only have two hands sir" very sarcastically. The gall!! We just walked out, her attitude was unacceptable. This now being the 5th something went bad. We definitely will not go back to your Dickinson location again. Its a shame for the other good waitresses there. We have always tipped 50%. Even when there was hair in my eggs we still tipped the waitress 50%. Ok, the 1 star was just to leave a comment. I have seen some really bad reviews about this location. Some of them should not have happened. Some are employees being petty, and others should not even work there. Overall, I think the other reviews are good. Some people really love going to the Dickinson location. Others may eventually come back, and the others will straight up not even look at another Waffle House. I blame the management and the staff. Here's why. I only saw a few responses back from either the Waffle House management at that location or from I am guessing corporate. I have to say that Waffle House needs to Make a Better Effort to keep an eye on their employees when they do stupid stuff you need to send that individual home because clearly they don't want to work there on the day that they're scheduled. It is either that or they are trying to get themselves fired so they can put in a complaint and maybe get some money. That is just a thought it doesn't mean that it is true. Either way the Waffle House location mentioned here doesn't really have an issue with the people coming in to eat the issue is with the couple of employees that are just plain lazy. No matter where you go there will always be people who will criticize regardless if they've had a Flawless meal or not. They are looking for something to complain about because that's in their nature. But I for one like Waffle House, I enjoy the breakfast that I get and, it is always good no matter which Waffle...

The food was outstanding, Robin our waitress was not.She didnt pay attention to detail.We had ordered our has h browns with chili and she didnt stop by to see how things were.So my daughter asked another waitress about the chili and she gave us some in a bowl.My glass was empty and we ordered more food to go she took the check and we thought she was going to add to it she gave it back. To my surprise my glass was untouched and still empty.Robin didnt ask if we needed anything at the table. On top of that we were standing at the register still waiting on order and we had just paid for our order.Then she has my daughter to take her credit card out again to pay for the order to go.Next,Robin then had the order ready to go except not ready to go,meaning we had ordered a chocolate chip waffle.Where were the chocolate chips my daughter asked?
