We stopped on our trip to visit lil Arcola where my fiancé was laid to rest.
The cashier was rude to my mother, so much so she was nice to the people before and after her. My mom ran to the restroom after she asked for Arby’s sauce and the cashier had an attitude and threw the sauce in the bag. It wasn’t the toss but the attitude itself, it was as if my mother inconvenienced her (and the condiments are put away because of the mandate) but this cashier helped an elderly couple after my mom and was as sweet as can be. Even I went up there and ordered more curly fries and she was at least decent, fake but decent. I didn’t understand where this came from. I know when I ordered my mom couldn’t hear the cashier because of the mask, my mom wasn’t rude to her she just couldn’t hear her. What bothers me most is when we were walking out one of us heard her say we were ignoring them because the cashier was mean to her. What a way to treat a customer?!
I decided I’d leave a review and started taking pictures outside the building and was alerted of what was said as we were walking out.
I walked back in and asked the manager if I could have a private word outside.
We as a family have been thru hell and back and certainly do not need a person representing Arby’s to treat my mother so badly and disrespectful. For what reason? Today world of hate please stop allowing employees to treat your paying customers so poorly while treating other customers with the utmost respect.. this is the wrong way to represent a company you work for.
Talking with the manager (sorry I was still so upset I forgot your name but very sweet ) She already knew her cashier had a bad attitude (sometimes). I will not let this poor situation or the person representing Arby’s ruin us to stop again. We will be thru this area much more!
To the cashier: Be better, be a better human being. Your nastiness truly made my mother cry! How would you feel if this was done to your mother and then speak badly of her in earshot to other employees. I forgive you for the poor judgement and the attitude, sending you positive vibes, love and peace.. May god truly walk with you!
PS you can see the employees thru the window all standing upfront in a...
Read moreWhile traveling through on I-65 we stopped here to eat with our two children. Our youngest child has a severe peanut allergy and we have always found Arby's to be a safe option since they have no peanut products on the menu. Imagine our surprise when we went in and found a male employee (with two lip rings) behind the counter, goofing off with a customer in front of the counter, holding up two Reese's peanut butter candy products to her. He also appeared to be completely ignoring groups of customers waiting to be served so he probably didn't even notice us leave. My older child who was also with us had recently been working at an Arby's in our home town and commented that he had never seen anything like that and how unprofessional it was. Handling outside food with allergens that aren't even on the menu while in a customer area seems like a terrible idea to me. I hope you train your staff better before a customer is harmed by...
Read moreI work pretty close so I eat here often. The food is always on point, work crew seems to be slightly odd, now reason why I rate a 1star (fix confusion momentarily) this Restaurant seems to weekly have some Catastrophic issue that makes the wait a 45min +. For the most part to be fair. Is out of the management's control to avoid. Examples: power keeps flickering. Causing it to be cash only,computer/ monitor(s)failing, truckers breaking down in front entrance and I could go on..... and on. Lastly the reason for the 3 stars. And its Solely rest on the shoulders of the young male manager. Calls everyone boss lol. He seems to keeps a level head, takes direct action to easy the situation best he can while waiting for Guidance On the situation. Hard to find now days. Respect & props for the...
