The place is really small, like 3 inside tables and a cooking area small, and attached to mechanics garage, so as you can imagine, it couldve only went one of two ways: a noteworthy hidden gem or a regret filled trip to the porcelain pedistool.
Thankfully, it's the first one. The guy who took the orders was both approachable, and attentive. The food was made fast and no lie, pretty much looked like the PICTURE.
The menu only has like 10 things on it, but that actually helped take some of the pressure off of ordering on the spot. And the chip selection was definitely out of the ordinary, like, instead of doritos and such, there was sweet-potato chips and bacon chedder kettle cooked. Again, that only gained points with me.
Oh, and the food was awesome.
THE BEST PART Have you ever bitten into a sandwich, and for one reason or another, retract your head from said sandwich, and pulled the entire contents of the sandwich out via the still connected tomatoe or onion skin? Literally ruins the whole experience right? These guys don't give you the chance to ruin the experience for yourself, cuz they come diced!
The only downside, in my opinion, is the lack of a ridiculous house sandwich that either weighs more than a newborn calf, or you get a picture on the wall for finishing or something....
