Wow… just wow… where do I start…McDonald's is more than just a fast-food chain; it's a cultural icon that has ingrained itself into the hearts and palates of millions around the world. What sets McDonald's apart is not just the food it serves, but the overall experience it provides. First and foremost, McDonald's menu is a treasure trove of familiar and beloved items. From the mouthwatering Big Mac to the satisfyingly crispy Chicken McNuggets, there's a reason these classics have stood the test of time. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty burger or a lighter salad, McDonald's caters to a wide range of tastes, making it a reliable go-to for both individuals and families. Consistency is where McDonald's truly shines. Regardless of whether you're in New York, Tokyo, or Paris, you can expect the same taste and quality in every bite. The knowledge that your favorite burger will taste just as delicious in a foreign city as it does at home brings a sense of comfort and reliability that few other chains can match. Convenience is another hallmark of McDonald's. In our busy lives, quick and easy dining options are a necessity, and McDonald's delivers on this front. Their efficient drive-thru service ensures that you can get your meal in a matter of minutes, even during peak hours. Plus, the mobile app and self-order kiosks offer a seamless and customizable ordering experience. Affordability is also a key factor in McDonald's enduring popularity. In a world where eating out can often be expensive, McDonald's has managed to strike a balance between quality and cost, making it accessible to a wide range of budgets. What's more, McDonald's isn't stuck in the past; it continues to evolve and innovate. Their willingness to adapt to changing consumer preferences and dietary needs is evident in their menu expansions, offering healthier options like salads and wraps alongside their classic indulgences. Beyond food, McDonald's plays an active role in local communities. Their involvement in charitable initiatives and sponsorship of events showcases a commitment to giving back, reinforcing their role as a responsible corporate citizen. In recent years, McDonald's has also taken steps to address environmental concerns. From reducing plastic waste to sourcing sustainable ingredients and implementing energy-efficient practices, they're striving to make a positive impact on the planet....
Read moreBeen going to this McDonald's when it was the original one built on the spot of an old car wash lot. Around 1980. I am not familiar of any issues I may have had back then, but I sure am familiar with issues since rebuilding the one there now. It is a running joke in our house, that when we open the bag will it be right or wrong. I have to say honestly that almost half the time our order is not correct in one way or another. Wrong drinks, wrong drink sizes, same with fries, completely wrong meals in the bag, condiments on burgers that we specified said not to put on. I am pretty understanding person, but my last trip to this McDonald's was the last straw. Waited in line forever with only one car in front of me. I was giving my order and the worker kept getting it wrong. I had to correct him and he gave me an attitude. So I pay for my food and am told to go to the next window. The shift supervisor comes to the window and said that I was accidentally charged for the meal of the car behind me, and they needed my card to correct the charges. So I give them my CC and they correct the bill, or so I thought. I get my food and go home. Surprise, surprise, my order is wrong. I then look at my receipt and the overcharged me $2 as a result of their screw up. I normally would have just let it go, but having so many issues with this McDonald's I decided to go back. I go to the window and ask for the supervisor and explain the issue. She leaves for a while and comes back saying that they can't correct it. That I need to call the corporate # on the receipt and have them help me. Funny how they were able to correct my bill earlier, but not now. I decided to just drive away and never go back to that McDonald's. Wait time is ridiculous, order constantly wrong, and all I hear is how people at jobs like McDonald's deserve at least that magical hourly wage of $15 per hr. If you can't get the simplest thing like ringing up fast food right, then why do you honestly believe that you deserve that much. If you want to pay for the wrong order half the time, then go here, but if you don't, then go somewhere else and cross...
Read moreVery bad. We went on Sunday evening (9/11/2016) around 5:30ish, there were two cars in front of us in the drive through when we got there, there were about 15 behind us by the time we finally got our food, a number 2, a McPick Two deal, and McFlurries. I understand if they had to make a fresh burger or a fresh batch of fries, but the food was COLD and stale so a fresh anything is NOT the reason they were slow. The fries were hard and had an egg smell that stank up the whole car. The chicken nuggets were cold and were like eating cardboard. My wife only ate a half of one of the number 2 cheeseburgers because they had a funky taste. As a local, I know that this place has been shut down as a result of health code violations numerous times, it may be overdue for permanent closure. It's sad, as a kid my family would go to Blockbuster across the street and then to this McDonalds. I have fond memories of this place but I will NEVER go here again. Do yourself a favor and if you are in the mood for McDonalds, go to the one on 72 close to K-Mart. This isn't just a one time, bad food or messed up order deal. They have consistently been bad for at least the past 10 or so years. My wife was arguing with me on the way to this McDonalds because she didn't want to eat the food here because it's known to be so bad. I won and convinced her to give it a try since it's re-opened from the latest health code violation ordeal. ...
