At 9:57 today Thursday, April 18 I walked into your McDonald’s to get a cup of coffee. Brenda and Nancy were having a conversation at the front register. I was the only customer there I stood 2 feet from them ,because I was taught manners I did not interrupt their conversation which lasted for four minutes until I decided to turn around and walk out then Brenda said“oh, did you want to order something“? I said “well yes that’s what I thought I would do?” I ordered my 1.85 medium coffee. Which I did have to pay for in spite of the fact that I had already been in there 5 1/2 minutes for a cup of coffee I paid. She yelled at someone to get a cup of medium coffee I waited. Finally a kid came out and brought me a medium coffee! Speedy service only 7 1/2 minutes for a cup of coffee! You know I’m retired military, but I was in the car business 15 years, if two of my sales people had stood and talked while the customer stood by waiting we would’ve had two less sales people! Get it together McDonald’s owner. Oh just a sidenote I was the only customer in there a guy walked in just as I was finally getting my coffee. Read moreIt’s really ridiculous how the managers are. They’re heartless to their crew members. I understand that they can’t baby them but they can at least try to show some sympathy. My boyfriend works there and he was having family problems and his phone was off so i decided to call in for him and explain his situation to them. The manager is rude and apparently can’t comprehend that he wouldn’t be able to make it to work due to the circumstances. I understand that I can’t call for him but like I have said his phone is off and he wasn’t able to do anything about it with his current situation. The manager said that he would just lose his job which is so UNBELIEVABLE! He was going to try to go in after he got his stuff from his family who is holding all his clothes and won’t let him get it. Read moreOmg. I wish I had taken pictures of our fish sandwiches. We were just starting out on our 4 hour road trip. We both have not been to McDonald's for over 6 years. I certainly hope I never forget why and give them one more try. We ordered 2 fish filets and 2 fries. After about 3 miles down the highway, I opened the sandwiches. We were blown away by the amount of tartar sauce on both of these. You literally could not even see the bread, much less the fish. Still not sure if there was any fish involved here. I am definitely going to write corporate. But wait, why? Will anyone far away from the grind really care. We'll see.
