I have always been a huge Moe's fan, but this place has gone dramatically down hill in the last two years. They were great when they opened and the same as most Moe's. Today when I went in (I keep hoping they improve, but I keep getting more and more let down so I'm going to have to just stop going), they were out of half the meats, no peppers, and the guy gave the smallest portions I've ever seen at a Moe's. The cashier thought we ordered two "Jr's". They were taco sized burritos. I luckily wasn't starving and I usually save half of my huge Moe's burrito for lunch the next day, but I ate my whole tac..."burrito" and the ten chips they gave me. Overthe last couple years, they have been worse and worse at: being out of ingredients constantly, not keeping fresh ingredients, doing a poor job at cleaning, poor attitudes (not always, sometimes we get someone who's trying but it has been less and less), and just bad quality food. It's like a crappy bell chain now that I stopped going to years ago because I want to live. I know it's fast food, but I've been to Moe's all over the country and it's always been reliable...Everywhere...but it is now consistently bad in the town that I live in, which is very disappointing. I hope they improve, but I will probably not go back until I hear from others that it has. They are on the fast train to going out of business...
Read moreThis place closes at 9pm but was out of MANY of its food options an hour earlier than when they close. When asked about this I was told "we are trying not to throw food away at end of night". That's great but how about having all the options available atleast until the last half an hour before closing. I paid 41.00 last week and came into tonight and ordered the exact same food items as last week and miraculously it was 51.00 tonight...a whole 10.00 more. When asked the manager why I was being charged more...all I got was" I don't know...maybe you ordered more things" What? My next question of who is the daytime manager was met with "I don't know". I then asked are you the manager now and he said" yes". He didn't give me a receipt so I don't even have any proof that I was charged 10.00 more than the week before.
There is so much food cross contamination. Don't like Salsa or onions in your shredded cheese or lettuce...oh well, too bad. What if you are allergic to an item and you order some lettuce but then have an anaphlactic reaction because an employee dripped some of whatever the item is you are allergic to on your lettuce that you thought was only lettuce?
This place has potential but needs to have some serious reorganizing take place... starting with the manager. I would avoid this place until this...

I had a $10 off through the rewards on the app. The cashier said he would take it off manually since it wasn't taking for some reason? After looking at the receipt, the $10 was not taking off. My step dad goes up saying this, he returns with an EXPIRED (expired in 2022) coupon for $10 off that only works at select Moe's in the surrounding states. How are we supposed to know which restaurants are the selected kind? My mom goes up the second time, only to return with the scribble of the manager's(?) signature on the still expired coupon.
