Subway — Restaurant in Lebanon

I took my kids to the one in Walmart for my daughters b day. The staff were rude making fun of a customer with other customers at the counter very blatantly. When the said customer got a horrible cramp and couldn't walk or anything they continued to laugh. We were having a party however the clerk refused to allow the candles to be lit for five seconds. When calling earlier that day to check if it was OK to have the party there, no one answered the phone. Ten calls and no answer. The staff were rude and seemed put out to be working. While choosing sandwiches and toppings, the clerk rushed us through and the sandwiches were disgusting. After being a customer there the past year taking my kids there weekly, I will not go again until these rude, nasty workers are replaced. Not the place for a party and after seeing the obese customer humiliated by the worker, sure doesn't seem like the healthy restaurant...

Came in waited about 15 minuets while they finished an online order. I’ve worked the food industry before so I’m aware how online orders are and thought nothing of it, because the worker also greeted me. Then a family comes in with kids who go to pick there chips. 10 more minutes go by and the worker then starts by asking the family in front of me what they can get started. I’m usually not the person to complain about it and would even be more than willing to let the next person go ahead but if I’m already expected to wait that long for them to finish but now on top of that for them to make four sandwiches for this family. Be careful if you go to this subway. my fiance picked up our food and when I went to eat mine my sandwich where it was cut in half had blue bristles all over. I called for a manager which they said management doesn't work weekends. I told them my problem and they said they could replace it or give my money back. Never did they say you have to bring the sandwich back so I tossed it into the trash since it wasnt edible. My fiance went to get the new one and they refused because we didn't bring the sandwich in with us even though we showed pictures of the sandwich to prove we weren't lying. Definitely will not be eating there...
