I don’t ever write reviews but this situation actually baffled me with how i was talked to with such a serious situation. I went through drive through and got a few blizzards, we had a girl in the car that’s allergic to chocolate and she got some in one of her royal new york cheesecake blizzards that she found more than halfway through eating it. I called the store not rudely but it was a serious situation and the lady that picked up said that the blizzard is not supposed to have chocolate and then said she could replace the blizzard after i explained the situation. I told her that that wasn’t the issue because she had already eaten at least half and she said “well i’m gonna need to see it” i told her i could bring it back but i’m already 15 minutes out of town and she said “well i’m just going to need to see that” and i told her okay and that i can come back and that I can take some pictures as well bc it was melting and she said okay and hung up on me. Her tone was very rude and condescending. I have worked fast food and i understand the struggle but there was no reason for her to retaliate with an attitude like that, after i told her that she had already eaten it and i guess i didn’t need to explain after i verified that chocolate wasn’t supposed to be in the blizzard but i guess just go through your food and blizzards...
Read moreWent in a few nights ago to get some dessert, the moment we walked in the manager I assume rolled her eyes once she seen us walk in. Then proceeded to badger the employee working the register, talking to her like she was a dog. Mind you this girl was already restocking and doing what she should have while not helping a customer. Once the girl went to sweep the other women wanted to badger her some more about how she wasn't sweeping right. Over heard another customer ask about gravy cups and the manager was very rude when replying how they had to pay for it. The other customers were well aware and thats what they were trying to do. Then when we tried to leave we found out we had been locked in. Had to find someone to let us out. My husband tried to go in tonight but found the doors were locked. Their posted to not close till 10, this was at 915. Hope they get it figured out...
