Cold Stone Creamery is my favorite ice cream shop. At this particular shop, my ice cream was well mixed but my companion’s was not. That was fine but, the bathroom was not. The women’s bathroom was out of order so we were instructed to use the men’s. It was horrible. Just fecal matter everywhere with empty paper towel and toilet paper dispensers. No place that serves food should have a restroom that looks like that. If I had gone to the bathroom before the ice cream was ordered, I wouldn’t have ordered at all.
Update: They did not give us a receipt. We ordered $13 of ice cream and found that there was a $23 charge for cold stone creamery on our card statement. I called and the employee informed me that the receipt that I never saw authorized a $10 tip. Who gives a $10 tip on $13 ice cream? Always get a receipt from this place because there are shady practices from the financial standpoint and cleanliness issues. I’ll just frequent another cold...

This has to be the ABSOLUTE WORST branch I've ever been to. Not only are the employees rude and acted like every time a customer came to order, they were being bothered, but they are super lazy. You ask for the Cold Stone Creation and they ask you what toppings, how about the ones that are listed on the menu?? Which I did not even see were available. Least helpful and worst pricing I've ever seen. Seriously, $30.00 for old ice cream?? Please steer clear of this place. Your money is better spent elsewhere. No wonder the place was empty when we went in. We will not be giving our business to this...

They forgot one of our signature creations, when I called to ask for it they said I had to request a refund (which you can not do in the app), and that I had to do it through DoorDash which I didn’t have access to because I didn’t use it for the original order. Then when I asked if I could have my ice cream they said “you can’t” I asked “why not” and they said “I don’t know.” So at this point I have one person without ice cream, and the store has the money, tip, and delivery fee I paid without providing me what I paid to receive.
