I don’t mean to sound mean, but this location just needs an overhaul. Decided to give another chance, for lunch this time and was very disappointed. The person taking orders was very dismissive and short, but put my order in correctly and this was the best part of my visit to the not busy at the time restaurant. They messed up my order not 1 but 2 time in the same visit and this was after unwrapping a number of burgers to try find the one that should have been my. So there is a very good chance other peoples orders were messed up as well. I would just avoid this location in general and go to another one to get your Wendy’s fix.
Just a bad location. No customer service and just a lack of awareness when at work. Read moreI wish I could give this zero stars. I have never had a bad experience at this Wendy’s until tonight. I had to wait over 15 minutes to even get to the ordering window and when I did I was interrupted 3 times in the middle of my order and was told to hold and no one ever came back. After saying “hello?” Into the mic, they came back to take my order and tried to repeat the wrong order to me as if I had ever completed my order and we had to tell him “no” twice, we attempted to order again and we were asked 5+ times to repeat ourselves or to hold on as he made us wait even longer. After the passenger of my car got angry and yelled his order so maybe the man could hear/understand what we were trying to order, the employee yelled back “don’t yell at me or leave!” So we left and went to the Wendy’s location in ashburn and had zero issues and got our order promptly. Never going back to this location. Wasted at least 30 minutes of my time. I will definitely just make the drive to ashburn in the future. Terrible...
Read moreService at this location is always really slow, no matter how busy they are or what time it is. Even when I order ahead, my food is never ready so I’m always asked to wait in the overflow parking after also waiting in the drive through for several minutes.
Some of the staff also don’t speak English very well which makes it hard to communicate. At my visit tonight, the cashier asked for my name three times and still handed me the wrong order before asking me to pull forward and wait. Really annoying and unsanitary for whoever ordered food that’s now being passed around to multiple people.
I know it’s just a fast food place but the service is so consistently bad that after 4-5 of the same subpar experience, I figured I’d write a review while I continue to wait for my food to come out- smh.
Update: it took 20 minutes from the time I ordered to get my food. I ended up coming inside to wait because waiting outside in a dark parking lot also doesn’t feel super safe. Really...
