Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lemoyne

In general my fiancé and I have been satisfied with roughly 5 out of 7 orders from this location since we moved to the area in November. One order was missing a sandwich and dipping sauce for bread. Another was delivered with meat toppings when she specifically only orders vegetarian toppings. Both times the mistakes were fixed and I (a meat eater) was even able to keep the pizza, but it took over an hour both times to get our correct items finally delivered. The last time I ordered prompted me to write this review.... after placing an order over an hour before close and waiting 45mins for any type of update, we called and was told with an attitude that they were understaffed, closed early, and refunded our money shortly after the order was placed. Any good business would have reached out to us immediately and not left us hungry and waiting almost an hour for nothing. Sure, they were probably busy, but it only takes one minute to call and let us know instead of leaving us hanging. The app even still says its out for delivery and hasn't updated all. Terrible...

Corporate waste in a box. Food was maybe worth 99 cents. It’s all frozen and trash don’t be fooled by the ‘deal’. Honestly McDonalds chicken nuggets taste better. It was the smallest and most expensive chicken I’ve ever paid for the terrible terrible quality. I mean it was. Bad. Absolutely terrible. I will never ever go to Dominos in my life ever again. It’s just frozen chicken. But maybe even worse than that? And they don’t even toss it in a sauce. I mean how lazy. I’ll never go to Dominos ever again in my life. It’s that’s bad. The assistant manager was nice tho so no dislike. He was nice but yea you’re basically getting 5 chicken nuggets from Mcdondalds for like $10, rip off and not good. Maybe the worse food I’ve ever had in my life. They gave me 5 pieces of dollar tree quality food for $10. They put it in a big box as a marketing scam. Go to your local Pizza shop everyone. Whoever was working there on night shift answering the phones 05/01/20 obviously hates his job. I ordered food at 10 pm. Granted I understand they are probably slammed because of the pandemic so i understand they arent going to deliver in like 30 or 45 minutes. Anyway I waited till after 1 am to call. 3 hours is crazy so i asked for a refund. (This is before calling about an hour earlier btw where he told me my food was already on its way) He angrily replied your food gonna be there in 10 minutes. You want it or not? I said well if itll be here in 10 minutes thats fine but im not gonna wait another hour. Then he just hung up on me. This is the same dominoes btw that is notorious for forgetting to bring drinks or dipping sauce along with my orders. Even before the pandemic.
