Dollar Tree — Local services in Lemoyne

Stopped in today, 2/3/23, in to the Lemoyne Pa store. I picked up one item and headed to the checkout line and stood about six feet from the customer in front of me. After waiting one minute, a Manager stated very abruptly and aggressively that I was to move back an additional 15’ to a line on the floor and wait there. She said she didn’t want any customers cussing at her employees. I responded that I was six feet away from customer in front of me and she got very loud and repeated herself that she will not tolerate customers cussing at her employees and said she has had to call the Police three times this week. I told her that I was 65 and until now was a polite customer. After being attacked by this employee I can see why someone might feel inclined to curse her. I’m not sure who’s keeping this person “don” Employed, but she should be fired the way she treated her coworker. She demeaned and yelled at her in front of a long line of customers and refused to help her. Everyone in the line could hear while we were standing. Everybody says that this person is always rude and disrespecting coworkers. I feel horrible for the lady behind the counter. No wonder Dollar tree can’t keep employees. They allow coworkers to disrespect each other. I can see this lady has been reported numerous times in these reviews. I will be posting this on social media. Dollar tree do better and keep the ones that actually work hard and have good customer service...

The younger male cashier has a terrible attitude, very sarcastic with customers or altogether ignores them when they ask him questions, he didn't know how to operate the credit card machine when there was a problem with a customer using their credit card & he became very agitated with both the machine and the customer and then asked the customer if they could pay with cash or a different card rather than getting assistance from another employee or store manager, he's just horrible, and has no business working in a customer service position because he lacks the ability to even communicate with customers in a professional manner, let alone a...
