Arby's — Restaurant in Lenoir

Nothing to write home about that's for sure order a hamburger with pickle and onion and they wanted to charge me individually for onion and pickle which I thought was quite ridiculous because most fast food chains serve it to you complimentary my doctor friend and I and his wife will never go back there

again that's how much we think of that

particular restaurant thank God I'm not the only one that feels that way I can understand why that's for sure so if you want onion and pickle with your hamburger I suggest you try one of the other fast food restaurants they will more than happy to give you all...

WTH? I just ordered 2 of the new burgers ( pretty expensive) and when I got home I had 2 roast beef sandwiches. That's not right.

And now, 2 days later after posting a response here that a team member would reach out to make it right ... crickets.

Now another 3 months go by - and although someone at HQ reached out - and I responded - nothing happened. In the meantime I have been attending to my wife who had just come out of the hospital for surgery and then another hospital for a mild heart attack.

The service was some of the worst I've had at a fast food chain. The old lady taking the orders was rude and disrespectful. We ordered some Mac and cheese, when we got back to our hotel and opened the bag, there was about 7 spoon fills - looked like someone had eaten most of it and just left us the scraps. There's tons of other fast food chains where you will get served the correct proportions and people will be nice to you - I would not bother going to this Arby's unless you want bad service and incorrect proportions for what...
