The management at this location is arrogant, unintelligent, and exhibit the worst customer service ever. Some of the employees follow the same mindset.
As a regular customer I have been charged different prices for the same things at different times. The employees try to intentionally give you something different from what you asked for so they can charge you extra. The management will argue with you and start calling everything a side and try to get as much as they can from you.
They don't know the difference between between a scoop of bean on a tortilla and the same scoop of beans but off of the tortilla, and will immediately get defensive and start calling it a side, just to get more money from you.
One employee didn't even listen to anything I said and just start scooping random items onto the tray, as the management watched, probably counting the scoops just to see how much they could up-charge. Yet I wonder if they can even count correctly since they can't figure this out.
I told them once that they could just throw away everything they just made since they tried to charge more at the checkout as I refused to fall for their scam. They were so arrogant that they did just that. They threw away the food because I called them out on swindling customers. They would rather through away the whole cost of a meal because they want to argue about their own prices that are right in front of the customers on the menu.
I even came in a couple of days after having a tooth pulled and wanted a burrito bowl, but only with the soft items. They gave me half the amount and and refused to fill the bowl unless I paid extra. The nine dollar burrito bowl was only half full and cost the same.
I have over 30 years in customer service experience and would fire every single employee there for this, and bring in a whole new crew. This location has been getting worse and worse about this, and I am starting to wonder if the management and employees are just pocketing...

What I do receive is good, but it’s annoying to realize that our drive through orders are missing things completely or made wrong. This past time, I went back for four items that were missing and they were hesitant to give them to me until I pulled up my receipt and fully explained. Then, they gave me smaller portions of what I would have originally gotten, had they put the items in our trays.
