The website and calling in dominoes feature has so many issues it causes pizzas to be messed up, but IF YOU ORDER INSIDE the people actually making the food will 120% nail whatever concoction you make.

I have ordered a deep dish Buffalo chicken pizza with no onions and extra hot sauce and extra garlic Parmesan sauce from dominoes up and down the east coast, and NEVER in my life has a store nailed it so well!!! In person when placing the order, I specifically said I wanted to have to eat this pizza with a spoon there should be so much sauce. When we got home to eat it, I literally had to use a spoon to move it to my plate! Which is EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED FOR!!!! The best part? Somehow, magically, THE CRUST WAS STILL CRUNCHY and seasoned to perfection!!! Seriously, I have never ever had such a perfect pizza the way we like it before!!!

I have almost sworn off dominoes and have boycotted particular locations in the past over this pizza concoction of ours..well guess what Dominoes of Lenoir… you have made a PERMANENT, LONG LASTING CUSTOMER OUT OF ME!!!!

Seriously, thank you so much for listening and producing the EXACT pizza we requested!!! Corporate, if you’re listening, they were beyond swamped inside and still did an amazing job. Every single member of this store is deserving of praise and a massive RAISE!! I personally praise you for this amazing and high quality pizza you produced and commend your efforts!!! Not to mention the impeccable customer service and timely production of our “soup” pizza!!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and disgust with a recent order from Domino's in Lenoir. Today, May 26, 2025 at approximately 2:30 PM, I ordered a sandwich. Upon taking a few bites, I was horrified to discover a significant amount of green and black mold growing on the bread (as clearly visible in the attached photos). This is absolutely unacceptable and a serious food safety concern. Eating mold can lead to illness, and the fact that this sandwich was served to a customer in this condition is appalling. To make matters worse, when I contacted the manager they were dismissive and refused to take responsibility or offer a refund. Their lack of concern for serving such a contaminated product is shocking and demonstrates a complete disregard for customer health and satisfaction. I am now feeling unwell after consuming part of this moldy sandwich and am incredibly concerned about the potential health consequences. This experience has been absolutely disgusting and has completely eroded any trust I had in Domino's. I'm sharing these photos to warn others about the lack of quality control and poor customer service at this location. I will also be considering further action regarding this blatant disregard for food safety. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this...

I ordered a 10” personal size pizza online at 12:30pm. The pizza did not arrive until 2:10pm... I live less than 10min from this location. I waited until 2pm to call the manager to find out where my order was. She stated there were 8 more deliveries ahead of mine and that the delivery person did not know they were assigned to my order?? And they had already clocked out? So they had to go back to the store to clock in before delivering my order. When the delivery person got here, he said “sorry it took so long someone pranked me.” ..... I honestly am not sure how this location is still in business after this experience AND reading the other negative reviews on Google and Facebook... the manager and the delivery person seemed like they couldn’t care less that I waited over an hour and a half for ONE ten inch pizza. Also not sure what happened to the “receive it in 30mins or it’s free” policy... but I do know I will not be bringing my business back to ANY Domino’s due to...
