Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Leon Valley

I have been here 7 minutes. No greeting there is only one other table here (so not busy). We went to advise them that we needing some help to at least order our drinks and still no one came. I've been here several times as it's close to my home . I've made some observations where they can close gaps on but never enough to get so upset as I am right now. ..its been 15minutes now. The other table is an employee . I have been here 15 minutes now and have gone 3 times up and nothing . They still have not come to bring us our drinks, I had to go and tell them and no drinks. I am extremely upset now. He finally came and brought no drinks ...how disappointing and no apology given. Come on Pizza Hut I'm back and it's August 2022 The service has not improved , the man in the counter no greeting and not courteous...looks upset and bothered...

I would give 0 stars if that was possible. Guy at the counter acts like we’re bothering him just by walking in. Asked for my receipt because I keep receipts for every place and he rolled his eyes and slammed my copy down and walked away. My husband asks for parmesan cheese and tells him as if we’re wasting his time that it’ll be $1… for the little to go packs of parmesan cheese? After this we requested a manager because he was no help and just distasteful all around. Manager came over, apologized and said they’ll talk to him… Reading the other reviews clearly this is an on going issue with this guy as multiple reviewers state the same of being greeted with attitude. Let's set the scene. It's Friday night and I'm starving after long day at work. We order $50 dollars worth of food. We go pick up and my husband jokes "look out for hair, they've got the lead singer of Coheed and Cambria back there without a hair net" gross I thought. As we get home and open the pizza, I have the first pick. I reach for the best looking slice and slap it on my plate. As I add cheese and examine it, I noticed something poking out.
