Arby's — Restaurant in Lewisburg

Let me just say we stopped at Arby’s this evening to order our supper and when I ordered a sweet tea they didn’t have any so I asked for Dr Pepper they didn’t have that either and that’s OK I went ahead and ordered food and just figured we go somewhere else and get our drinks well the young gentleman waited on us at the window wasn’t very polite at all. I asked if I could have some salt he shut the window like it was a bother I asked. So when he came back with our food he said any sauces hatefully. No sir just some salt please he slings my bag out the window to me I said thank you and of course got the window shut in my face again. I understand people have bad days but this is the second time I’ve had him at the window in a month and he isn’t polite acts like he is mad at the world. Need to get some morale in that place. I waited in line for 15 minutes at Arby’s in Lewisburg and when I pulled up to the drive in order box b4 8 pm and sat there. A employee who was taking trash out told me they where closed. I asked if they where gonna take the orders of people who had been waiting in line ( there was cars behind me ) and he told me to pull up to window and tried to get manager to speak to me. The manager never did speak to me. Another employee did n said they where closed. I understand that they are closing early due to staff shortage but they should of served the people that where already in line and put up that little sign ( that they had up on Saturday saying they where closed) behind the last car in the drive thru. I was in drive thru and while I was waiting at window I heard the girl doing the drive thru orders cuss about the person that just placed their order. She used the f word and said they told her their order 3 times and they need to speak up. I was really shocked by this. She seen me looking at her and you could tell she didn't care who heard her because she kept on. Then the guy that waited on me seen the shocked look on my face and so he handed me my food and never said thank you or anything so I said loudly thank you and of course no response. I think that customer service at Arby's needs allot of improving. If u don't like your job find something else to do. And don't act like this girl did.
