Buffalo Hirsch — Restaurant in Lewisville

This is what Old Town Lewisville has been desperately needing! The place was packed for their soft open, it was wonderful seeing so many people out and taking in the positive vibes and energy. It really felt like Old Town was alive!

Just like their Denton counterparts, East Side and Miss Angelines, Buffalo Hirsch has a huge selection of beers on draft, draft cocktails, and in the second building, craft cocktails (everything we had was delicious!). The total space at Buffalo Hirsch is absolutely huge, but doesn't feel that way because it's split into several different seating areas. Whether you want a quieter space to relax or out with a bunch of people or just want to sit in the AC, there's a spot for you.

We went to the soft opening yesterday and it has such a sweet, laid back vibe! As busy as it was, we were able to find seating with such a big patio area and different seating options from comfy couches, to low and high top tables to lounge-like firepit chairs. They had different lawn games too. The staff were very friendly and efficient. We loved that we could order through the app/or website and have an open or closed tab. While staff came around often, we didn't have to wait for our check or anything (since we didn't have a lot of time ourselves last night - this was appealing). I had the best time! This place is huge. There are 2 bars in two buildings surrounded by a very nice patio with tons of seating. I love that it's dog friendly. I'm not a sporty girl but I can appreciate the very nice big outdoor screen and I'm sure that'll be really cool for sports fans. The atmosphere is so laid back. All the servers and staff are so friendly and accommodating. They have a lot of beer and cocktail options and a good fair amount of NA options. I thought the prices were super reasonable. Being a Denton gal who is from Carrollton, I'm very excited to have a central middle ground meeting place for my friends to come together. We will...
