Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lewisville

I’m so frustrated and disappointed in this location and the people running it. My card was fraudulently used and they were aware of it, police were involved and the GM as well. They knew that the order placed using my information was fraud and they still charged my card for whatever reason instead of cancelling the order like the did with the first attempt that was made. I called the store about it and was given all this information by a manager named Brian, and when I asked if he could refund my money to my card he basically told me no and that he had to get “further information” from his GM about why they didn’t cancel the order the night it happened and then directed me to just taking the issue up with my bank. The excuses for why he needed to get permission to refund my money that they know was fraudulently charged didn’t make sense. Today I called back after going to my bank to file the dispute (the bank by the way said it would have been easier for the restaurant to just do the right thing and process a refund when I asked) I talked to another manager who took the same information down as I gave Brian, and then I was promised that I was going to get a call back from the GM with more information and an explanation as to why they decided to still charge me on a order they knew to be fraudulent. I have not heard from anyone since I called at 10:16 this morning (5/26/2022) and it’s now 7:20 in the evening. I’m starting to get the sense that they either don’t care about fraudulently charging customers or they’re hoping I just forgot about the almost $60 they’ve charged me. My hubby & I love our local Domino’s here in Lewisville off Southwest Parkway. Their staff never let us down with an uber-professional delivery team that actually does freaky-fast better than Jimmy Johns; customer service pros that are always so pleasant when you might need to call or come in for pickup; but the food prep staff is best of all! They ALWAYS get it right and make ANYTHING we order look picture perfect & taste amazing.

Not once have they let us down where it counts most. I congratulate the management on finding such a smart, star team to serve our community and for obviously training them so well. We love looking for any excuse to have pizza night because of y’all. We don’t even think of buying from any other pizza shop because you guys got it all and always get it...

If you’re going to charge $1 extra for the wings, you should have them on the “any 2 for $5.99 deal” coupon. Because after the mandatory extra charge for the wings it comes to over $7 with tax. And don’t even get me started on the cheese being a topping for pizza. I get a chicken, pineapple, and barbecue pizza instead of marinara but they charge me $8 after tax because they think cheese should be considered extra? That’s like the heart of the pizza, what makes it a pizza!!!! Same goes for just pepperoni and mushroom when using this coupon. I mean you guys have good food, but there are definitely some things that need to change with your toppings and extra charges. Becase frozen pizza and wings are just as good, and I don’t mind putting those extra couple bucks to get some...
