I was driving home from work and attempted to call in an order for 2 pizzas. Whoever was working answered the phone and said "we are very busy, please order online" and simply hung up. That was it. No "thank you for calling" greeting, just one sentence ordering me to order online and click .
I had already told my kids I was picking up pizza and was only minutes away so I drove to the location to order there. 2 people were in front of me and were helped within minutes of my arrival. I waited approximately 10 minutes alone at the counter after the other customers left and was never greeted or even recognized by the staff members, even though they came to the front multiple times each to place upcoming orders in the food warmers. I was forced to finally raise my voice and call out to someone just to take my order and confirm my existence.
I understand online ordering may be easier for the staff but I was driving at the time and couldn't do that. I also understand that businesses get busy. It was the the level of customer service that made me so mad that I'm actually writing this a full day after it happened (and I never write these type of things.) It was as if Little Caesars Lewisville was daring me NOT to buy their pizzas.
From being hung up on, to failing to recognize me as I waited in the lobby, it was clear they had no intention giving me even the minimum amount of respect that should be granted a customer. By the time I did get service it was forced, no pleasantries, no apologies, leaving me the impression that I was bothering them in some way and that I should feel fortunate that they had taken time out of their busy day to help me. Maybe they were right. Maybe I should have been happy with really, really bad service since it was better than not getting any service at all. It shouldn't take nearly an hour to get 2 pizzas and I shouldn't be made to feel punished for my patronage or that I'm inconveniencing Little Caesars Lewisville in some way. I've used Little Caesars for 3 decades. I've had orders lost, occasionally poor service, but never any incidences like this. I just moved to TX and this LCs is the closest to my home (even though it's 6 miles away) but I will drive out of my way to get pizza from somewhere else...
Read moreWent in last night after 630. No hot and readys were ready, the only reason i go to little ceasers. Dude behind the counter seemed to have a bad attitude and was forgetting to tell his cook parts of every order. I waited for my food and he tried to offer me someone elses order, 2 pepperoni pizzas instead of the pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread i ordered. I said can i jist take the one pizza and get my money back for the cheesy bread. He told me to wait, handed that food to a different customer and left to the kitchen. I could hear him, and i imagine everyone else in The lobby could as well, swearing and complaining about customers in the lobby, including me and how i expected to get what i payed for. I wont ever come to this location again. I likely wont go out of my way to go to another little ceasers again either. So many other pizza places are close enough , ill just pick one of them since the only advantage little ceasers has is "hot and ready" and thay seems to be lacking as well as the profesionalism of your employees. I laughed when i saw the shirt that said "pizza genius" on the back. It doesnt take a genius to take orders and make pizzas, and there is certainly no genius...
Read moreWow so disappointed with this location. Only location that I ever have problems with. Today I had called ahead and placed a simple order extra most Bestest cheese pizza and crazy bread. I arrive and I have to remind him what my order is and they have my pizza and crazy bread ready. I saw my pizza and was a pepperoni pizza so I went back in and told the lady at the desk (who had one headphone in her ear) that I order a most bestest cheese pizza. She opens my pizza and says that is what I got. I told her again I ordered the extra cheese pizza and pointed at the menu. The own employee didn’t know the extra most bestest was for cheese and pepperoni pizza. She thought it was only for pepperoni pizza. The other guy walks out another persons order and she tells him what happened. He opened up the other persons pizza and said I think this is a extra cheese and handed it to me. I opened it up and knew it wasn’t extra cheese the pizza box didn’t even say it on it. I just didn’t wanna complain anymore but the pizza is received is $1 cheaper then what I payed for. Horrible location go to the other one...
