Starbucks — Restaurant in Lewisville

I went here on December 24 around noon. I ordered a coffee on the mobile app. It was to be ready at 12:21. I walked in at 12:19. No one was there yet 2 workers behind the counter were talking. Then a customer came in, and I sat there now past the time my coffee was to be ready, and watched the man make the walk in 4 premium drinks. My app order is still waiting. Then, another customer walked in and ordered. At this point, it was 8 minutes past the time my"cup of coffee" was to be ready. So I got up and asked him" Excuse me, I had a mobile order for Susan? " He had the cup right in his hand but never did anything for 10 minutes. Anyhow, even after asking him about it, and my cup of coffee, the estimated time was almost 10 minutes late. And mind you the drive thru and inside hand no one when the est. time came and went. He still filled the customer who had just walked in and then did my cup of coffee.

I never had a Starbucks location be so inconsiderate. He saw me, he carried on multiple conversations knowing a customer had been waiting, then when I mentioned it he still took a walk in order and filled it before completing my venti pikes place. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. TODAY WHEN I PICK UP MY DRINK AND 2 BAGS OF COFFEE I WON'T...

This review is based on my experience on a Wednesday when I spent most of the day working on my laptop at this location.

Temperature inside was good most of the day, until the sun started​ going down. Then it got pretty cold. But it was still a lot better than most Starbucks.

The crappy Starbucks music was at an actually appropriate level, quieter than most Starbucks. Audible enough to give some mood, but quiet enough to ignore if you don't like the song or you just want to focus. Perfect.

Also, the staff was nice and the internet was pretty good, with few other guests to have to share it with.

I got a lot more work done here than almost any other Starbucks I've been to.

If I had one request or idea about how this Starbucks could be even better, it would be to have more seating variety. Having one or two belly bar / standing desk tables would add a lot of value for me. And the only two comfortable chairs in the place are not really that comfy.

If I could give no stars or negative stars I would. I came and the two girls were instantly rude, had an instant attitude, did not greet us, and rushed us through our selection. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and before I left I asked if I could get an extra cream cheese, the cashier said this time sure but next time there is a fee of .75 please order it when your ordering your meal. I said ok to the warning. Before I left I looked in the bag and there was only one cream cheese. I asked the other girl for the extra one and she proceeded to go to the cashier confirm this extra cream cheese and confirm that I was warned. She brings it to me and offers a third warning that this needs to be purchased next time during the order. The issue for me was not the .75. I would have paid for that without an issue, it was the fact that I was being warned multiple times about this single extra cream cheese. I will never be back to this location.
