Literally the worst KFC I've ever been to. Esperanza is completely rude along with her manager Glenda. Outrageously rude. I have never experienced anything like it. My order was incorrect once agian.Can someone please explain to me. how do you inform a customer." you should have explained your order better." If the order was repeated not once, but multiple times to you. I was given an attitude , the manager did not try to correct the issue. When aproched by the manger Glenda she started to speak in spanish which is completely rude and simply agreed with Esperanza rather than to de-escalate the issue with the customer (myself).Then you try to keep my food that was paid for!. The first time you have me wait 45 minutes to recieve my food which is completely unacceptable, the order was incorrect along with when the order was corrected my sandwiches were cold. Read moreUnreal. I drove through on Christmas eve, waited patiently and greeted this team politely and wishing them a merry christmas. I pull away and see they mess half my order up including missing two orders of chicken. I called up there and someone answered saying nothing more than "a&w" . I said may I please speak to the manager and he just repeats what he said. So since I ASSUMED that was his way of saying he was the manager I asked his name, THEN HE HANGS UP ON ME! I call back and he says I don't have time for this and hangs up on me AGAIN! I called one more time hoping SOMEONE seen what was happening and would answer the phone like a HUMAN and they all just let it ring which leads me to believe he WAS the manager? Read moreI have frequently over many years gone through the drive through at this location. I often attempt to order the Chicken Pot Pie, only to be told I have to wait, as they are cooking! What the heck has happened to a Manager keeping up with par levels? I was in fast food management when I was young, many years ago, and telling a drive through customer an item on the menu board is not available without parking and waiting, well that was not acceptable. Then thier is the drive through window attendant who is so busy texting on her cell phone that she didn't even have my drink made, and that's after waiting in line with two cars ahead of me. This location just did a complete refresh of its building, which is not cheap, so please, promote higher customer service values, as I know the refresh was not cheap, and this location went out of business once many years ago!
