So I go here to get breakfast because I’m in the area and I try to use my McDonald’s app to get like 25% off a large frappe. But the lady doesn’t understand English or something so she rings up a med so my app coupon did not work and she just ran my card without telling me the coupon did not go through. Then she doesn’t give me a receipt so I had to ask for one and she then gave it to me where I then looked over it and told her you messed up my order I needed a large and you didn’t use my coupon. She says no your coupon didn’t work because u got the morning special we are doing and I said that’s not true I use my app every time I get the morning special because I need to have something to drink and I told her it didn’t work because u rang up a med and tried the coupon then handed me a med and I said large where you then changed it on my ticket but did not try the coupon again. She would not listen and couldn’t understand much of what I was saying so I just asked for the refund and took the food and called the number to report it as a complaint. That’s when the customer service said okay our bad come back and you can have a large frappe on the house I said I live about 30 miles away can I go to a closer one and they denied that request so I find myself driving from Frisco to Lewisville just for a frappe okay fine whatever but I get there and they say no we don’t have any record of your name in our “book” so no free frappe and a wasted trip. wow.... now I’m calling back to report the same complaint was not met with the offer to fix the first mistake and I put on there just like last time I would like to have a phone call about this issue. And nothing I have the full story about how they messed up once and now they don’t have the info that customer service gave me and my frappe was not met like promised and I wanted my time and gas wow and they will not even call me to address the issue. Do yourself a favor don’t eat here the food is cold and microwaved the people don’t speak English and they give no cares about making things right with the customer. As I was just about to finish this review I got a phone call just now from the manager named Angela and she just gave me a free meal at a restaurant closer to where I live and I still can pick up the frappe in Lewisville if I am back in the area. Thank you Angela I only wish I had gotten that call before I wrote all this down and I can’t just erase it now so I will share this experience with my summary. Angela did a great job making it right with me and customer service is actually really nice and good even though it took a minute to get back with me but less than 24 hrs so that’s okay. The staff here needs more training I will say that but as it turns out the manager actually did a great job when she found out what happened so credit where credit is due for sure. All the fries were missing (2medium and 2 small) and 1 small that they didn't put on foot or order (5 all together). Went back up there through drive thru AGAIN reordered the 1 small they was not on our order abs notified them we were missing the 2 small and 2 medium fries. Girl at the window said let the front know go ahead and pull up. Got to window and had to explain everything. She talks to someone. They talk to someone else. He (short chubby guy) comes to window hands me a bag says this is the best I can do (1 small that I Judy ordered plus 1 small and medium....still short 1 of each) because he remembers giving us the 2nd bag which had the fries (funny since wife was the one that went periodically and I went to rectify this. So how does he know who he gave what to) I called my wife to see if she indeed was have 2 bags. She confirmed no. Put her on speaker to talk to him. He then commenced to calling her a list and HE REMEMBERS handing her the fries and the 2nd bag personally. since wife wasnt with me so he has no idea who he is talking to to confirm he is talking about the right person anyway. Take to me and my wife very rude like we were lying about some damn fries. Not running some scam of getting out my house to drive to freaking mcdonald's to scam them out of a few fries.....they aren't that great and that's absurd. This location has the worst staff. Worst attitudes. Dining room closed. Drive thru is only option. Probably to minimize customers coming back to complain or try to recruit wrong orders. All this is a common theme with this location. Read the reviews on here for yourself.

Read more05/01/2023 at 3:30 I was the only car in line. Paid and drove to 2nd window. I was told it would be a 2 minute wait for the nuggets. I was told to go to one of the numbered parking lots and wait and they would bring it out to me. I have been told that at that same location many times and those two minutes end up being around 15. So today being I was the only car there I told her I'm sorry I'm in a hurry and I have to go I'll wait here since there's no cars behind me. This was the manager on duty and she said...... Go ahead and wait but I promise I will never give you service here again. At that point yes I was upset because being that there was nobody behind me and she was asking me to pull up to a number was really uncalled for. During the time she spent talking and telling me this I'm sure the two minutes went by. At that time the boy that was at the drive-thru wearing these big old earrings was laughing at the comment that the manager had just said to me. I did ask him why he was laughing and then he started cursing at me in Spanish at that point I asked for my money to be given back to me where I went to another location where I was treated more like a customer. This is not the only time I've had this kind of service from them. Being that the majority of them are all Hispanics looking like they're illegals and dressing like one that's the kind of service that they render. Too bad anyone can just buy a franchise and run it as they please and give the others a bad name. That's a big problem when they don't understand their own language Spanish much...
