INSIDE THE MALL, NOT IN MAIN FOOD COURT LOCATION
BE READY TO HUG YOUR TOILET!! Food is GROSS!!! Greasy & slimy toppings & cheese and the crust is too thin & burnt to a crisp!! The green tint to the cheese was my 1st clue but the Owner convinced me it was just a different cheese than I'm used to seeing. I also was hugging the toilet bowl SICK most of the next 2 days and the food poisoning had to come from here because I was the only one in my group that ate here. I should've eaten with my friends at the Korean/Thai restaurants in the Downstairs Food Court!!
Thr Owner/Operator barely speaks English so good luck on resolving any issues or explaining what you want. He is also RUDE RUDE RUDE to Women!! It's clear what his culture is. When I requested to delete a topping offered He actually said "That's not how it works. You need more brain cells"!!
This place is in a completely dead part of the Mall. I'll bet he's in that spot for free & free is all he's willing to pay or he can afford! Which speaks to the gross ingredients & products. The Marinara tasted like canned with nothing added. The bread was ok but was definitely a frozen product heated in the oven. There is nothing hand crafted or unique about this place. I can go to Cici's for much better food!!
Yeah. Nope. Never EVER...
Read moreBest NY style pizza in Dallas hands down. I have gone to every random NY pizza shop I can find and I keep coming back here as often as I can. Slices are always fresh and delicious but a whole fresh pie is even better.
Nice crisp, flaky, undercarriage, perfect sauce/ cheese, topping ratio, and crust is flaky and moist / fluffy.
Guy running the place is very nice and deserves a standalone shop outside of the mall. Its sad to see the Vista Ridge mall so empty but honestly makes for great atmosphere while eating the pizza.
Highly recommend this place. Hope it stays around for as long as it...
Read moreMinchello's is the only place that actually has NY style pizza. Come get a cheese slice, or two and drink on the affordable lunch special and see for yourself.
There's no soggy bottom, over priced, wanna be gourmet Neapolitan pizza here and none of the pretensions that come with it.
I used to work at a NJ pizzaria and this is exactly what I'm used to and desire in a good east coast pizza.
I wish I found this place years ago instead of wasting tons of money at nearly every pizza place in the area.
The owner is a cool dude with a NY accent, which ads to the...
