went here yesterday. waited 40 MINUTES for a brown sugar milk tea. two people who worked there made everyone else’s order, who ordered 10-15 minutes after us, and ignored us the entire time. when i brought it up, they tried to blame it on me and said someone took the drink. when i told them they never even called it out, and that i had been waiting at the pick up area the entire time, they tried to blame it on a rush that happened 20 minutes after i ordered. didn’t apologize. didn’t offer a refund. the milk tea wasn’t even good....

Yeah adding to the below review 8$ for a drink is too much cost. Their display boards show 5.5 per drink when billing they are billing for around 7.25$ when asked the employee said they raised prices before one month and the displays are not updated, like dudee! That’s not good. The picture showed pearls, but they charged me for that too. I understood it’s not his fault but the management. I had dirty brown sugar milk tea and caramel chocolate slush both were good. I liked the drinks but not willing to go back...

Too expensive for such owful taste, w/ tax $15 ?? No service 0/5, Taste 1/5, and wait, this isn't even a restaurant, and $15 for a Pho ?? and why is it sour?? Is the rent so expensive in Zion Market Food Court? Seriously, in this Zion Market Food Courts, few of them are really and owfully bad. All those review over 4 or 5, they are either paid reviewers or relatives. I barely leave a comment because everyone is working hard for their life, but this is my 2nd time reviewing just in this...
