This is my second time visiting this Subway location and both times there was an issue. My first experience at this location involved me placing an online order for a footlong. Upon arrival, “the manager” told me she didn’t have my order. I showed her my confirmation information and she brushed it off. After a little back and forth, she told me someone had already picked it up and they only had an order for another customer with somewhat of a similar name. I told them they probably gave the other person my order by mistake. This should’ve been a quick resolution after seeing the mistake was on their end, but it seemed as if “the manager” had no intentions of giving me my food that I paid for. After asking to speak to the manager, she informed me that SHE was the manager. The “manager” and her employee are older Hispanic women. The employee doesn’t speak very good English, so there wasn’t much interaction between us. Eventually, the “manager” reluctantly remade my sandwich and handed it over after seeing I wasn’t going to leave empty handed. Fast forward a couple weeks, I come to this same location. This time I come inside to do my order in person and the same two women are working. I order a bacon, egg, and cheese flatbread. The “manager” right off the bat tells me they don’t have any eggs. It’s 9:15 AM on Wednesday and breakfast is served all day. How is it that you have no eggs?? I asked her if she happened to know the store number of this location and she said no. How are you a manager but don’t know your own store number? This is the worst Subway location I’ve ever been to. The manager is rude, dismissive, and incompetent and could use some training in customer service. I’ll choose a more efficient, friendly location...

Part of my complaint has to do with the app where I was unable to order Salt & Vinegar chips yet when I arrived in the store to pick up my order, there were tons of Salt & Vinegar chips. Also, in the app, I ordered one each of the chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, and macadamia nut cookies. When I picked up my order, they were out of chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin, and had replaced those in my back with a raspberry cheesecake and a double chocolate. Also, the macadamia nut cookie they had included had very few chips in it and looked basically like a normal sugar cookie. Additionally, the app does not allow you to upsize the drink when your "Make it a Meal." For $3.49, you get chips ($1.49) and a small drink ($2.49). I wanted to upsize to a large drink ($2.99) for an additional $.50 but the app doesn't allow that. Here's where it got super annoying. I was trying to explain this to the young man working there, who was sitting at a table up front by the door when I walked in. He was a young Latino man, and while he could speak some English, he was not sufficiently fluent to be helping customers that did not speak Spanish. It was nearly impossible to share my experience with him. At one point, he opened the Translate app on his phone and held his phone up to me. His friend, still at the table up front, looked at me and said "No Englais." I have not been to a Subway in probably at year or two. I only went this time because I learned about the new slicers, to take advantage of the buy one get one footlong deal, and to try the new "Beast" sandwich. I’ll start off by saying i don’t think i’ve ever posted a bad review in my life. i actually don’t go out of my way to write reviews at all.. but i had the worst experience today at this location. I made an online order and got a bottled pepsi with my meal. there was a older hispanic woman with glasses working. as soon as i was going to get my bottled drink out of the fridge she immediately said “no you get a small cup” i said “oh i could have sworn i got a bottled drink” i checked my receipt & it said “pepsi” so i told her i got a bottled pepsi.. she then proceeded to get an awful attitude & started pointing at the menu as if i was stupid telling me bottled cokes are $4. i said “im not sure what is going on but i know i put a bottled coke on my order, but ill just pay the .50 difference & get one” she then told me no i wasn’t gonna do that & i just needed to cancel my whole order & start a new one. i told her i have somewhere to be & i don’t have time to do that. she said “not my problem” & told me to get a fountain drink or start a new order. i told her that pepsi isn’t even an option for the fountain drinks so how does that make any sense?? she then told me again “i know, not my problem”. i just ended up leaving with the small cup drink because i had somewhere to be! i know it may not seem like a big deal to many people but i have never been treated so poorly by someone in costumer service. it was a horrible experience! & by seeing these reviews a lot of people have had a problem with this same lady. honestly something should be done about it...
