Asked for an arby classic with cheese. They forgot the cheese, so I took the sandwich back to the counter and waited for 5m for someone to ask me what the problem was. I explained to them it was missing the cheese and the guy at the register says "it doesn't come with cheese". So I told him I wanted cheese added so he took the sandwich to the line cook and asked for cheese. The line cook yelled at him to ring it up that way next time. The register kid then said lowly "he didn't ask for it before" then brings the uncheesed sandwich back and says that I need to pay for the cheese. No problem I give him the 60 cent and ask that they remake the sandwich as it's now been about 10m and my sandwich is pretty cold by now. He takes it back to the line cook and she hands him a cup of cheese to give me. I ask for a remade sandwich so he takes it back yet again and I watch as the line cook starts shaking the cheese cup onto the cold sandwich.
This on top of the fact the register was out of pennies and he owed me 3 cent. I told him I'd give him 2 pennies and to just give me a nickel I stead and he looked at me bewildered. He told me that they're not allowed to do that. So that's another 3-4m I waited for the manager to bring a...
Read moreMy experience today was sad. Nobody in the store thought about telling me or anyone else that the Coke was out. When I told the guy at the counter he acted like he didn't care and I said that they need to put a sign up and he said we don't have a sign. I started to tell him how to make a sign and he started playing the victim by saying I was disrespectful and rude and I asked for a refund. I hope all the employees at this location gets much needed training on how to listen to constructive criticism and what to do when something simple as a fountain drink is out, like post a hand written sign on the selection. Training is important as well as listening to people on how to something as making a sign. Yes, I did get loud when he started playing the victim and neither of us...
Read moreI went to Arby's yesterday, intending to purchase a Smokehouse Brisket sandwich. They had a picture of it on the menu board, and noticed it had a big, fried onion ring on it, but no lettuce or tomato. I asked if I could sub lettuce & tomato for the onion ring. They told me they could leave off the onion ring, but would have to charge to add the lettuce & tomato. Here's the ridiculous part...they were going to charge me 60 cents for the tomato & 60 cents for the lettuce! $1.20 for lettuce and tomato! Is that crazy or what? I ended up getting a different sandwich that included the lettuce & tomato...there were two little pieces of tomato, about the size of a silver dollar, with a big white core in the center! Barely edible. Arby's, you can do...
