Very displeased. My family went to eat dinner there tonight and the waitress was very nice she took our order Deli Stromboli " no ham" Baked Lasagna Mozzarella Chicken " no mushrooms" Cheeseburger club 5.Buffalo Chicken Wrap

As I stated before the waitress was not in fault for this as she wrote the ticket exactly how I had requested it and my kids requested their foods to be made. The waitress brought out all of the food except for the buffalo chicken wrap. My son had to sit there at the table and wait about 15 minutes extra for his food to even be brought out as we did not want to be rude we waited until his food came out to be able to eat together and at that time our food was cold. When my daughter received her Stromboli it had extra ham and no salami in it. I then told my daughter to pick out the ham and there was so much in it that she just couldn't stomach to eat it so we told the waitress and the waitress picked up her plate brought it to the kitchen to show the cooks and the manager on duty and they did take that meal off of the ticket they brought her plate back out to her and she did not finish it 😒 which I don't blame her. As we continue the night and eating our food my chicken was covered in the mozzarella as it should be I picked up the cheese and scooted it to the side and noticed that there was ginormous mushrooms on top of my chicken. I had told the waitress I did not want mushrooms and she wrote it down correctly and this is just very important for the cooks to be reading the tickets as I am allergic to mushrooms. The waitress came over to the table and I did point this out to her and she did the same thing with my food as she did with my daughters she brought it back to the kitchen and she showed the cooks and she showed the manager on duty and brought it back out to me and she stated that they can do a half off of the meal because I had eaten my roll already. The waitress asked me if I wanted my food back I told her no and I finished my two sides and my other children finished their meals. The waitress came and gave me my cash out ticket and stated that she spoke with the manager and the owner about this and the owner stated that they could take off the banana pudding and one of the sweet teas so the manager on duty who said that my meal was going to be half off was actually Incorrect and this was very wrong on their part. I do not feel that I should have had to pay for my meal let alone any of the meal as everything was screwed up at dinner. I did leave the waitress a tip because it was not her fault. I also let the waitress at the cashier when she asked me how everything was I let her know that I was very disappointed in the decision from the owner. As the owner of this company I hope you are reading this I will not ever eat at your restaurant again and I hope for the future for other customers for your service and your compassion to be better find someone that has an allergic reaction thanks to...

My husband asked me to send this review. He felt like he wasn’t a valued customer dining at this restaurant.

The female server Tonya seemed to have other agendas during his dining time.

First - she took over 20 mins to ask him for his order, and when he requested water - she brought back a half-full glass of water and when he lightly complained about the level, she returned with two additional glasses of water (one half-full like the previous and the other completely full - leaving him with (3) glasses of water).

During the wait for his food order - she then loudly and obnoxiously announces she is going to Walgreens and that was it. During her “break” another couple is seated in her section and waits for menus and to be served dinner. They also waited 20/25 mins to be served and to no understanding of what Tonya was doing - gets frustrated and leaves the restaurant without receiving service.

Tonya returns to find that the table walked out and expresses her frustration about their attitude and impatience.

My husbands’ food is finally brought over to him - Chicken Wings in Buffalo sauce … and even the food wasn’t up to par.

He is a very kind and patient person and didn’t want to cause a commotion or to give Tonya any further aggravation- so he decides to get the food to go and pays his bill (no tip) without expressing his disappointment and dissatisfaction with her service.

I am sending this review to remind the restaurant about customer service and what happens when bad customer service is rendered.

I see many comments in regards to Tonya and her service and I wonder if any corrective actions are being taken to express how disappointed patrons are with her services.

Great quick breakfast and lunch stop . Has a little bit of everything to offer. From basic American fare to Italian and even Seafood. Just went here today had a very efficient waitress and breakfast was very enjoyable. This place has all day breakfast. Sometimes when they're not busy is when I wait the longest. I don't mind good friendly conversation. But realize some people have appointments to get to and other obligations during the day. So be mindful of the customers time . Literally almost made me late for my own mother's funeral one time. Sometimes the marinated food can be a little too on the salty end of the spectrum. However 8 out of 10 times this place is awesome. I guess my big favorite here is the baked chicken over rice and second would be the pizza and wings. Would like to see the quality go up on the country style steak and meatloaf which use to be my go to plates. They also need to add some more country vegetables to their list. It would be great to have steamed broccoli, and sweet peas, and butter beans , and of course black-eyed peas, and baked beans offered on the menu. The seafood here is better then the local seafood restaurant. Try it I think you will agree. Also not a bad place for lunch or dinner. Good place to take friends for meals. Has a special dining room off to the side that is used pretty heavily with small groups. This place has a lot of loyal customers that return here quite frequently. This is one of Lexington's finest restaurants. This and the Village Grill uptown probably are the top two diners...
