When I saw this place getting built I was really excited. I thought it was an excellent spot for a good coffee shop with a drive-thru, sounds great.
Unfortunately, all aspects my visit today were pretty awful. The parking lot and drive through we're not only difficult to get into, they were difficult to navigate and exit.
There is a speaker playing music for the vehicles in line, which is not only unnecessary, it was also extremely loud and made communicating with the staff quite a challenge.
I also ordered the simplest thing you can at a coffee shop: a black coffee. I was handed an Americano, and when I questioned it, I could hear some of the staff telling the young girl at the checkout window to just say that it was a black coffee, and that it's the same thing. That's simply just not the case.
So, we have a coffee shop in an excellent location that was designed probably on the hood of a car with some crayons. The coffee shop also doesn't even serve coffee.
The Americano kinda meh and I've definitely had better. It's also not what I was looking for, and I won't be back until that parking lot is redone.
The staff I interacted directly with seemed friendly enough and are definitely doing their best.

Read moreI have tried 5 drinks and I liked one of them. I tried 3 hot drinks and 2 iced teas. The lavendar tea is great except you get about 6 oz of actual drink and the rest is ice. If you get it light ice it tastes weird amd watered down. I tried the oat milk, almond and coconut with coconut mocha, the limited time mocha and a caramel macchiato. All taste about the same and I poured 2 of them completely full down the drain. Undrinkable. I asked for extra hot on the second 2 lattes and they were almost hot. So if you like them hot be sure to ask. I prefer soy milk and Starbucks is the only coffee company to offer it so I guess I'm stuck going there. I was hoping I'd like clutch because it's right beside my business. I really wanted this place to be amazing. I was so pumped. Read moreI’ll give it another shot. Girl outside with the hand mechanism seemed to be lacking knowledge on “how to.” Sent us to window mid-order to give order there; we moved forward. Our order was simple but appeared to be challenging; were asked several questions after first slowly giving order. (It was two Americanos with sugars and specified cream.). Came back quickly at that time; told husband looking like a screw-up in motion. She handed us our order. (Be careful! It is beyond hot and full!). Upon receiving, we were told one thing but then corrected herself. Ended up tasting like they messed it up, so mine ended up with lactose milk, and I payed for it all day. My husband’s was too sweet (sugar too much—mine, none). We then waited; asked if that were it because she didn’t tell us thank you or goodbye, so we didn’t know to stay for something else; she apologized.
