Went tonight after a very long day expecting to have a nice dinner. Right away I knew it was going to be bad because my waitress didn't even write my order down so I knew it was bound to be wrong. Of course My spicy California roll came out looking very different than I'd ever seen before. We dine here a LOT and I know my sushi, and was even fine that they didnt top it with crab meat per usual, it was pretty late so I was not going to complain. I got a closer look and it was raw tuna. She got defensive when I confronted her about it and took it back to the Itamae "or so I assume", brought it back to me and told me it was crab meat. You guys. It was not. It was tuna. She then said she could take it back if I was not comfortable eating it. I decided to keep it and inspect it some more. I obviously did not feel comfortable eating it as im sure she was already aware. I even asked her if they changed the crab meat trying to figure it out and she said no. It is very unsafe for me to eat raw sushi as I am immunocompromised and even told her that. Anywho, everything went down hill after that. I Barely got a refill, I just had water. Ordered a to go order and again, she didn't write it down so of course My salad I ordered was wrong. Only modification I asked for was no feta, and the burger was burnt and barely edible. Also had to ask for bread. Honestly it's the worst service I've had in a long time. Photo of sushi below. Please correct me if I'm wrong guys. I hate complaining and never leave bad reviews unless it really hits me in a bad way.

Meh...not impressed. Went to the Hamburg location for burger week and wish I hadn't. Server was actually unhappy that we ordered the burger week burger. Snatched menus out of our hands, asked if we would be having water and stomped away. I had to call him back to order a beer and sides of fries to go with the burgers. When he brought our food out, he literally dumped the plates and turned to leave without a word. Had to stop him to ask for a side of mayo, which he literally dropped on the table later while he was rushing back to hang out and chat with the girls at the hostess stand. Never came back until we needed a check. Burger was not good at all. Incredibly greasy, barely any beer cheese and the bun so soaked in horseradish sauce that it was falling apart. Also, $6 per side of french fries is robbery, they weren't anything special and were a fairly small size portion. Just a huge disappointment and I will never bother going back.

I have a mixed review to leave for Harry’s. The food was absolutely delicious and they have a really neat atmosphere. We sat at the bar and ordered some mixed drinks off of the menu and were told by a young bartender he only serves beer. The lady that made our mixed drinks made us feel like we were a bother for her. We did finally get our drinks and then waited like what seemed like an eternity for someone to take our order. I think we were close to a shift change because the lady left and another gentleman took care of us the remainder of the time and he was great. He brought up the overall average of this visit! I would visit again but not sit at bar.

After traveling for several days to visit friends and family for the holidays, we were faced with a snow/ice storm and a Nor'Easter running almost entirely along our path home. So, we decided to take a different/longer route and stay in Lexington, KY. We were very, very tired when we arrived, but what a delight we found in Harry's! Thankfully, this gem was super close to the hotel where we stayed (Hyatt Place, which is also lovely, btw)!

The service was great and was matched with wonderful food, as well as a comfortable and relaxed environment. It was exactly what we needed!

There are so very many options (you can also order from Malone's and Aqua) that I had to ask a lot of questions. I hate to be that person, but even though they were packed, the staff was very friendly and helpful when I asked for recommendations for local beers and information about a couple of dishes.

We ended up with the spicy beef dumplings for an appetizer (if you like Japanese gyoza, these taste very similar to the one's "mama" in Japan makes). Yum yum!

He got the Malone's twin filets with bearnaise. (There's also Harry's twin filets, and there is a difference in price! The Malone's comes with a bottomless salad and side, Harry's comes with a side. We didn't ask the difference, that's just what I noticed on the menu.) The filets had a perfect sear, glistening center, and very nice seasoning! Mac & cheese as a side was nice and creamy, ooey gooey with cheesy goodness! (To be clear, the bottomless salad is mixed lettuces, not mixed greens that people from elsewhere in the country might expect. Fine with us because we grew up in the Midwest. Others might expect endive, cress, baby greens, arugula, radicchio, etc. Those are not in this salad!)

I ordered the fish and chips, mostly because I haven't had that in a long time, but the bartendress said that it had a light breading which sold me. The fish was FANTASTIC! One of the best I've ever had in my life! Glistening center, perfect amount of Old Bay seasoned breading, which was light and crispy... Perfect for the fish! It's so good I may have to drive up to Lexington one day just for this dish (and not eat along the way so I can eat the whole dish when I get there)!

Crinkle cut fries were kinda cold when they came out, but they were fine. Eh, they're what you'd expect. I only had a few because we were sharing the salad (it's a very large bowl, btw. We never refilled it). The fish was supposed to come with slaw, but I didn't get it. I also didn't mention it to the staff because we already had too much food! (She did warn me that the fish and chips dish is huge. There's like 8-10 nice sized pieces of fish.)

It was all so delicious we didn't want to stop eating! BUT they are NOT skimpy on the portions, so there was simply no more room in our bellies!

Obviously we left food on our plates, but we're apparently gluttons. So, we did still order dessert; a layered brownie! (Seriously, how could we not try it? Brownie, Blondie, and a strawberry Blondie served warm with vanilla ice cream.) It was equally yummy, but we couldn't finish it! Soo much food! If we had more time, we would have gone back to try everything, but we decided to just get as much as we could in 1 night instead. Hahaha!

Great big Kudos to the wonderful staff of Harry's! Thank you all for such a wonderful experience! We're definitely...

I am from out of state and at the recommendation of colleagues went here. I ordered my meal and a glass of wine. The server forgot my wine- which happens- when she came by I asked her about it and she said she would run to the bar and get it right away. I watched as she sat talked, was on her phone etc..Never attempting to get it. I finally walked to the bar and ordered my wine from the bartender l, who had no clue about it, as I was almost done with my meal by this time. The waitress came and brought checks and gave me mine for the wine - a separate check. No apology or acknowledgment of what happened. I went to the bar and told her I didn’t feel I should have to pay for it as I was almost done with my meal when I went to get it (I would’ve never done that if she just was nice and said.. “I forgot about the wine”. I have her my wine bill and said she could take it to the manager and tell him she never brought it to me. The manager came to the table and was super rude and condescending in front of my colleagues saying … “Congratulations, you get a free glass of wine tonight.”. So rude. Thanks for the $9 glass of wine sir….. Worst service I’ve probably ever had- embarrassing and so disrespectful-

The food was delicious but the sever and the manager were condescending and embarrassed me and represented the...
