I don't really post reviews but when I have to experience such disrespect, I feel the need to do this so hopefully something can be done about it. It's actually ridiculous how such mean people can be hired. It was almost 11pm 6/24/25 and I made an order through the mobile app. I got there and it appeared to be quite busy which isn't an issue. I waited 15 minutes until I got to the window and a man had said they were understaffed and if I could wait a few minutes. Absolutely not a problem. After roughly 5-10 minutes an older lady spoke up and I told her I had a mobile order. She didn't ask for a code but to pull up to the 2nd window. So, I did. It took several more minutes to finally get to the 2nd window. When I did, a younger lady at the window said my total was $8. I told her that I had a mobile order, and she asked what I ordered. I mentioned that it was a mobile order and gave her the mobile code. She refused to take the mobile code and said I needed to tell her the whole order. So, I pulled my phone out and repeated my entire order. She then tells me that they don't have that order. I am confused and I tell her that I put in the order over the app. I show her my screen which shows the code, and it also shows the address confirming I was at the correct McDonalds. Mind you, she is full of attitude for no reason this entire time. I was being 100% understanding of the entire situation even after waiting almost 30 minutes. She then tells me that I need to go back in line and tell them the mobile code. I laughed and told her I was not doing that because I had just waited almost 30 minutes, and I was not going to do it again. She then says that she doesn't have the order and shuts the window door in my face. I'm actually appalled right now so I sit there waiting for her to come back. She comes and says to pull to the yellow line ahead of me and wait for them to make everything. I thought they didn't have my order. However, I am not going to take their food after what just happened. They are probably going to mess with it. I then ask why they are being so rude to me. The older lady who spoke to me at the order window comes out and they are saying that it's just 2 of them and people are yelling at them, and I totally get that. I truly do. Working for the public sucks sometimes but however I never did anything to these 2 ladies. Not a thing. I have been cordial and patient. UP until this point I have been understanding and patient. I tell them that it doesn't give them the right to be mean to me because I didn't do anything to them. I then ask for the younger girl's name because she was the one who was absolutely giving the worst attitude to me. The older lady chimes in saying they don't give out names. I pulled ahead and called McDonalds customer service to have the order refunded which they have it in process. It just ruins your night to be spoken to like that. To add to this, this isn't the first time I have dealt with this younger lady. She works at night, and she is so unpleasant. It might be time to get a new job because she just cannot work with other people face to face. She is so angry every time I see her and tonight, I finally was able to say something after dealing with her for the last time. I would rather go to Richmond Road which is twice as far but literally I'd rather do that then get verbally abused by some young girl who was not taught to be nice. Especially when you are at your place of work. Out of all places. God bless her and whatever she is going through to feel the need to take out her frustration...
Read moreThe only good thing about going here this morning was the lady taking my order. And to be honest that even shocked me because she's usually just as hateful as the rest of them lol. But I came by this morning to get a quick breakfast for my boss. Her order was simple and should have been very easy to handle. She wanted a sausage mcgriddle and a bacon mcgriddle and a small caramel frap. Seeing it was something so simple and even better it was the manager bagging the orders so I assumed it would be correct...... um yeah I won't do that again. When I heard my boss say my name from her bedroom I instantly knew it was the food. Lol. I went back up an walked in and she showed me the food and it was some type of burnt bacon, extremely raw egg and cheese that I swear would have broken a tooth... the second one that should have literally just had sausage was the exact same way. Burnt sausage, raw egg and this time no cheese at least... we tried calling so I could go have them replaced seeing how it was after breakfast hours when I would be going back and of course no answer. I called 6 times and let it ring all the way till it said they have a voicemail not setup yet. That's probably the smartest thi g they've ever done... but hey at least she was able to EAT the caramel frap!!!! Yes I said eat!! You figure that one out and let...

But went to get a frappe today & they handed my small out to the car in front of me after a few sec the driver hands it back along with a receipt & they then hand them back a large frappe. I'm watching all this. I pull up and sure enough he hands me a melted frappe. I tell him you just handed this to the car in front of me.he says no I didn't & I'm like you did he says no she just made this. I'm watching the whole time & they did not just make it or even have time to that quick AND it was melted smh. I'm like um we're in a pandemic. I call the manager tell her what happened she agrees he shouldn't have lied tells me to come back so I do. I get there and I'm told to pull up & park at this point I'm not waiting and giving someone time to do something to my drink on the way out. So I pull off. I don't even like to complain. But its the principle its a pandemic & the lying for me.and I hate ppl who give restaurant employees a hard time. I tried to be nice about it. But yea definitely not cool and...
