I have been a weekly customer for at least a year or more. I chose this specific location due to the female manager & her husband. Not only were they always friendly and professional, it was obvious they cared about not only the business but their customers, witnessed many times when other "regulars" came in while I was in line placing my order. I missed the past week (or 2) due to work schedule, etc, went in this past Tuesday to all new faces. A female (manager?) was at the register talking to 2 employees (apparently new). She never looked at me or said hello, neither did the 2 employees. She walked to the back, leaving me with 2 new people. One just stood there looking at me, the other struggled over a minute to get gloves on. I was finally asked for my order. He touched his hat/hair twice within 1 minute while making my sandwich. Never asked me if I wanted it toasted. Had to ask him to run the bacon in the toaster. The second employee who was watching (and commenting) took over doing toppings. First employee gets bacon out of toaster, same gloved hands picking up bacon to put on sandwich, but stops because it's hot. Then he tells other employees to do it, to which the response was "no, you do it". First employee continues trying to pick up bacon, putting 75% of it on 1 sandwich and 25% on the other. Second employee continues banter...annoying. It literally took 20 minutes from the time I walked in to paying at the register to get 2 footlong BLT subs (normally in/out with same order in 7 minutes or less, experiencing exceptional customer service), I was the only person in there. Female (manager?) never came out to check on these new employees. Second employee put sandwiches in the bag but didn't use Subway seal to secure wrapping or put any napkins in the bag. I'll try 1 more time next week, I'm hoping the normal management team was on vacation. Honestly, if one of them are not there, I will leave. Read moreThere is the nicest fella there that seems to want to do whatever it takes to make you happy. But the female is not at all someone who should work with the public. The ap didn't work, she would not honor the buy one get one. When I asked for extra onions because I was only having onions and spinich she said no she needed to save some for other customers.
