What a gem! I was staying at one of the hotels that connects to Kincaid Towers, and I happened upon this place just as they were opening the doors for breakfast (about 7:45am, though online orders can be placed after 7:30am). I stopped in and am so glad I did! Got a breakfast biscuit sandwich--SO GOOD and the price was just right!
Decided to come back and try the lunch menu, and they did not disappoint. Got the French dip sandwich with onion rings, it was so tasty that I had eaten it up before I thought to take a photo. Portions were generous, food was hot and tasty. Again, very reasonably priced.
It was steadily busy the whole time I was eating, both with online pickups and in-restaurant orders, but the kitchen kept up well and I didn't see anyone wait more than a couple minutes. For food this good, it's definitely worth that little bit of time. Obviously a local favorite, and I can see why! They even have weekly specials to keep things fresh.
