THE YOUNG LADY OUTSIDE RESPONSE WAS..."THE WAY THIS WORK IS YOU CAN GET THE CONCRETE WITH ADDITIONS BLAH BLAH BLAH..." I REPEATED MYSELF, "I WOULD LIKE A MEDIUM CUSTARD WITH STRAWBERRIES." SHE REPEATED BACK TO ME..."A MEDIUM CONCRETE WITH STRAWBERRY SYRUP"...I REPLIED A MEDIUM VANILLA CUSTARD WITH FRESH STRAWBERRIES...SHE RESPONDED "THAT'S WHAT I SAID!!!" I RESPONDED "NO YOU SAID STRAWBERRY SYRUP AND I WOULD LIKE FRESH STRAWBERRIES." Read moreThis place is just OKAY. It was nice in the beginning,but as more customers accumulated, the toppings became scarce and the service got worse. What's the point of having TWO drive thru lanes without speakers? They don't even have two people taking the orders and it becomes an issue. Some days they have a traffic cone blocking one lane, but not consistently. The biggest issue is the ice cream being soft serve. Therefore with the number of customers added to the toppings, it turns into a bowl of cream in about five minutes !! You spend an average of 7$ for a bowl of floating toppings! Apart from the slowness, I repeated my order 3 times to the cashier and it was still put incorrect... after I received the receipt, i saw the order was put in incorrect, I let the cashier know the order was placed incorrectly and was as told "it's ok, well make it correct"... when I got the order, no surprise it was incorrect. Secondly when the concrete was handed over, it was no longer solid, it was the consistency of a milk shake.
